Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between DeerRidge RV Park (“DeerRidge”, “we”, or “us”) and you,
the Site visitor (“you”, “your”, “user” or “Site visitor”). The use of the DeerRidge website
(the “Site”) and the conditions governing its use, Cancellation policies, and other
matters, is governed by this “Terms and Conditions Agreement” (the Agreement”).
Use of this site is your consent and agreement to abide by this Agreement. If you do not
agree with these terms and conditions, you are not granted permission to use the Site
and should not use this site or make a reservation.
Purpose.
The Site is designed to provide information concerning DeerPark RV Park, its products
and services and to allow you to make reservations for the facilities. Some products or
services described on the Site may not be available in all areas at all times. Other
products and services, while described or advertised on the Site, may only be available
through direct purchase while physically on DeerRidge RV Park property.
Ownership Rights.
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials contained on this Site are the property of
DeerRidge RV Park and subject to legal protection. Any commercial use of the Site is
prohibited without the prior written consent from DeerRidge RV Park. Unauthorized
infringement or other use of this property may violate federal and state law. Subject to
your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may download
material from the Site. However, the use of such downloaded materials are limited solely
for your personal, non-commercial use. Protection of its intellectual property rights is
a matter that is actively and aggressively enforced to the fullest extent of the law.
Information provided to our Site.
By providing information, documents, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Received
Information”), you contemporaneously and immediately grant DeerRidge RV Park a
worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify,
display, publish, create derivative works, and distribute such Received Information in
whole or part. You grant to DeerRidge RV Park the royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide
right to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, and suggestions contained in
any Received Information sent from you to this Site without compensation to you.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to perform or direct others to perform the following prohibited activities:
- Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Site, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Site;
- Use the Site or materials for any unlawful purpose;
- Modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site;
- The content of this Site may not be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes, such as to conduct sales of tickets, campground sites, or services of any kind. You must obtain our prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication.
- Use or access the Site in any way that is illegal, immoral or scandalous.
You do not have permission to access the Site in any way that violates, directly or
indirectly, these Terms of Use. Making Purchases – If you wish to purchase products
or services or make reservations for services described on the Site (each such purchase,
a “Transaction”), you will be asked by DeerRidge RV Park or the third-party provider of
the product or service to supply certain information applicable to your Transaction,
including, without limitation, credit card and other information. You agree that all
information that you provide to DeerRidge RV Park or such third-party provider will be
accurate, current, and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users
of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s)
in effect, when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any
applicable taxes relating to your purchases. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT
YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT
MEANS USED TO INITIATE ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information,
you grant DeerRidge RV Park the right to provide such information to third parties for
purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your
behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or
completion of any Transaction.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy of DeerRidge RV Park is available by reference. Please read the
Privacy Policy, and you are bound by its terms.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
While DeerRidge RV Park uses a third-party provider for the security of financial
information such as credit cards, confidentiality of any Received Information
transmitted to DeerRidge RV Park via the Internet, electronic mail cannot be guaranteed.

USE OF THIS SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER DEER RIDGE RV PARK
NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF RELIANCE ON
ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR SUBMITTED TO THE SITE, AND THE RISK OF
INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. THESE MATERIALS ARE
PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF,
ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO USE THESE MATERIALS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DEERRIDGE RV PARK TO YOU EXCEED THE PRICE
PAID TO DEERRIDGE RV PARK,
DeerRidge RV Park is not responsible or liable for the contents of Received Information
Posted to the Site and disclaims any duty or obligation to update such information.
DeerRidge RV Park cannot and does not assume any responsibility for any errors or
omissions in the Site. DeerRidge RV Park. DeerRidge RV Park may make changes to the
Site or to the products or services described herein, at any time, at its sole discretion,
without notice.
Corrections and Changes.
DeerRidge RV Park attempts to maintain the Site with up-to-date information as is
reasonably DeerRidge RV Park is possible. The information contained on this Site is
believed to the best of DeerRidge RV Park's knowledge, to be presently accurate.
Indemnification.
You agree that DeerRidge RV Park, its employees, affiliates, agents, directors, officers,
representatives, members, shareholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, licensees
and (each, an “Indemnified Person”) shall not be liable, responsible, or accountable for
any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Site, or any good or service
offered by DeerRidge RV Park or its licensee or affiliates. You agree to the fullest extent
permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless each Indemnified Person from and
against any and all claims, obligations, costs, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties,
actions, judgments, suits, proceedings, disbursements, expenses (including the
reasonable expense of defending, investigating, or preparing to defend, or the cost of
any appeal or settlement of any claim, suit, action, or proceeding instituted or threatened, and the costs of enforcing its indemnification rights hereunder) or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of any kind or nature whatsoever
suffered or sustained by such Indemnified Person by reason of, or in any way relating to
or arising out of, or alleged to relate to, or arise out of, or caused or alleged to have
been caused in whole or in part by any acts performed or omitted to be performed by
such Indemnified Person concerning the Site, or any good or service offered by the
Indemnified Party.

This Site may contain links to other Internet sites for accessing third-party information
Services that may be of interest to you. These third-party sites are maintained by
persons or organizations over which DeerRidge RV Park exercises no control, and
DeerRidge RV Park expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, the accuracy
of the information and/or quality of products or services provided by or advertised on
these third-party sites. DeerRidge RV Park does not control, endorse, promote, or have any
affiliation with any other Internet site unless expressly stated in the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without
reference to its choice of law rules. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in Ellerbe, South Carolina,
Rockingham County, and agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive
any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses. DeerRidge RV Park intends that this site
be used by citizens of the United States and makes no representation that the Site is
appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Integration Merger Clause.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DeerRidge RV Park
with respect to your use of the Site. In the event that this Agreement, or any part of
this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining
parts will remain in full force and effect.
Termination
DeerRidge RV Park reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site in the event that you violate this Agreement or at its sole discretion. In the event that termination is the result of a breach of the Agreement by you, you agree to consent to a permanent injunction issued from a court of competent jurisdiction, without bond, restricting you from accessing this Site.

Guest Code of Conduct
We want to emphasize that QUIET HOURS are 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Guests are expected to behave in a manner as to not disturb or annoy their neighbors. Radios, televisions, and other sources of noise must be kept within the bounds of moderation at all times.
- Please do not walk or drive across any site other than your own.
- All guests must abide by local, state, and federal laws, DeerRidge RV Park policies and procedures, and any other instructions posted throughout the resort. All items below can result in a guest or party being escorted off the premises without refund or other compensation and are at the enforceable discretion of DeerRidge RV Park Management. The following behaviors or acts are not permitted inside DeerRidge RV Park:
- Unsolicited or inappropriate photographing or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with resort operations. Resort management reserves the right to ask any photographer/videographer to cease their session for any reason.
- Unauthorized use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), including but not limited to drones and radio-controlled aircraft and devices by the public or guests, is strictly prohibited.
- Unruly or disruptive behavior that interferes with guests’ enjoyment of the resort.
- Fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal and physical assaults.
- Act or behavior that resort management determines is a safety concern or interrupts resort operations or guests’ experience.
- Harassing/threatening behavior, sexual misconduct, or lewd behavior, including inappropriate interaction with resort guests, residents, or associates.
- Offensive language, gestures, flags, or music.
- Intoxication or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside resort amenities.
- Entering restricted areas
- Theft, vandalism, or property damage of any kind
- DO NOT play loud music at sites or on golf cars (karaoke, stereos, amps, etc.)
- All trash must be placed in the dumpster. Trash cannot be placed outside. Please notify staff if the dumpster is full.
- Lewd, vulgar, or offensive music [and language] in the campground will not be tolerated.
- Camping courtesy is in effect 24 hours a day!
Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Between these hours, vehicles and golf carts may not be driven in the resort except directly to your campsite..
- Show consideration & courtesy to your neighbors by turning off unnecessary lights and ceasing all unnecessary noise (radios, TV’s etc)
- Please do not roam around the park during quiet hours
Pet Courtesy Policies
- Dogs are welcomed (no more than two per campsite unless prior permission is granted)
- Do not leave your pet unattended at your site.
- Pets MUST be on a leash at all times. Leashes must not exceed 6 feet in length.
- Lines used as dog runners are not to be attached to trees. Please do not leave your pet outside unattended
- Secure pets on golf cars.
- You MUST clean up after your pets. Pet waste bags are available upon request.
- Do not deposit any pet waste into any sewer line.
- No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers or any potentially aggressive animal. No dangerous, destructive, or exotic pets allowed.
- No loud barking or unruly behavior tolerated
- Animals are not allowed in buildings. Service Dogs are allowed privileges established by the American Disability Act. (ACA)
- Proof of Vaccination must be available upon request.
- All owners are expected to keep pets from excessive barking and/or disturbing other camping guests.
- Be considerate of other campers using your site after you and your pet check out.
- Dogs must be under owner supervision at all times unless housed in their RV.
- Guests are responsible for their pet’s actions and potential damages, including but not limited to property damages.
Golf Cart Policies
- The speed limit for golf carts is 5MPH.
- Personal electric golf carts are welcome. Guests are required to have proof of insurance with liability coverage.
- No Underage Driving: Driver MUST be at least 16 years of age with valid driver’s license in their possession (with them at all times). The licensed driver must be in control of the golf car at all times (hands on wheel, foot on pedals). You will lose the privilege to use your golf cart on DeerRidge RV Park premises if any underage drivers are discovered operating golf carts in the park.
- Golf carts are required to be equipped with headlights and taillights if operating after dark.
- No reckless driving,horseplay, racing or other misuse of the golf car. Drivers must obey all traffic signs and yield to pedestrians. -
- No Lewd, vulgar or offensive music [and language] in the campground.
- No Open containers of alcohol anywhere but your site.Please, for everyone’s safety, DO NOT drive while intoxicated or drinking alcohol.
- No tolerance for underage drinking. Alcohol cannot be distributed. Violators could be trespassed from the campground and subject to additional fines.
- Age Curfew - Guests under 16 years of age are subject to curfew and must return to their site during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult (21 years of age or older). Please carry your ID at all times.
- Golf Car and other modes of transportation (such as bikes, scooters, etc.) Curfew - must return to their registered site during quiet time.
- You should have your ID on you at all times.
- Quiet Hours remain 11 PM - 7 AM.
Safety
- The speed limit for our park is 5 mph.
- Alcoholic beverages are restricted to campsites only. Consumption of alcoholic beverages are for adults 21 years of age or older only! NO GLASS ALLOWEDDriving while intoxicated is strictly forbidden, this includes Golf Carts. DeerRidge RV Park has zero tolerance for underage drinking.
- PLEASE SECURE YOUR VALUABLES (bikes, scooters, skateboards, coolers, golf cars and chargers, etc.). Lock your vehicles; beware of leaving valuables inside. We are not liable for stolen or damaged items
- DeerRidge RV Park is not responsible for accidents, or injuries.
- Campfires are permitted at sites, conditions permitting (i.e. wind, fog, drought), and must be contained in the provided fire pit on site. Do not burn materials that produce excessive smoke. Guests must stay with the fire until it is completely out. All debris must be cleaned up afterward.
- All Children (under the age of 16) are expected to be at their campsites under adult supervision during quiet time. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
- Children under the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
- Always practice safety! Observe all signs for any Restricted Construction areas.
- Fireworks of any kind are not permitted.
- Hot tubs of any kind (including inflated hot tubs) are not allowed.
- No motorbikes, ATVs, or minibikes are not allowed to be used on the park premises.
- No smoking or vaping in any of the buildings.
- No dorms of any kind allowed in park
- Bicycles are required to have headlight and taillight if operating after dark .
