By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Delaware County Indiana Fairgrounds (Including Delaware County, Delaware County Commissioners, and the Delaware County Fair Board) for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delaware County Indiana Fairgrounds from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Delaware County Indiana Fairgrounds may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Delaware County Indiana Fairgrounds reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly location, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. *Please note that dogs are to be kept inside the reserved camping space during the county fair, and pet access to the grounds may be restricted for other special events. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Delaware County Indiana Fairgrounds or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

Campground/Fairground Rules

• Campsites are based on one camper unit, tent, pop-up, trailer, or motorhome and six people. All other tents or  camping units are charged separately. Reservations do not guarantee a particular site.  We try to give the site requested: however, your reservation may be moved. 
• Park in front of your camper. If you have extra vehicles, they may be parked in one of the parking lots based upon availability. No more than 2 vehicles per site. No parking on vacant sites. 
• Do not leave trash out overnight. Trash may be placed in available trash containers, to help keep site clean.
• The speed limit is 10 MPH on the main road and 10 MPH in the campground areas.  
• Alcohol is not permitted outside your campsite. Misuse  of alcohol will not be tolerated and could be cause for dismissal.  
• Smoking is not allowed in any building, including restrooms and grandstands. 
• All dogs must be kept in campsites or must use a leash when leaving the site. 
• NO CAMPFIRES PERMITTED. 
• No ATV off road Vehicles, Golf Carts or Dirt Bikes Permitted. 
• No Washing of Motor Home, Trailer, cars is permitted. 
• No Dish washing in bathrooms is permitted. 
• Sewage Disposal is avalable and included with rental.
