Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Daily/weekly reservations are paid in full when making the reservation.  Cancellations of reservations within 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire prepayment/deposit.  Cancellations of reservations over 60 days prior to arrival are charged a $75 processing fee.  Cancellation of a yearly reservation will forfeit the entire deposit as this is non-refundable.

Long Term stays – at least one month or longer require a $350.00 deposit.
