Terms and Conditions
- By accepting this reservation, guest hereby waives, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue Desert Vista RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Desert Vista RV Resort all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Desert Vista RV resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Desert Vista RV Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program; and/or violates Desert Vista RV Resort Rules & Regulations.
- Park approval is required for anyone staying more than 30 days. An Application and the Application fee of $35.00 per person is required for stays longer than 30 days. Please contact the Property Manager for approval.
- RV vehicles older than 15 years must be in new or good working condition, and appearance, and must be approved by Management prior to arrival. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting park standards. Be sure to close awnings when leaving your rig unattended. Strong winds can come about suddenly and cause severe damage to your RV.
- Water, sewer, trash, and electric is included on daily/weekly stays. Water, sewer, and trash is included in monthly stays, electric is billed based on usage. We do not provide cable tv. Wi-Fi is free in the clubhouse.
- You agree to read and obey the Resort Rules and Courtesies provided to you upon arrival. These park rules apply to all registered guests, their pets, and their visitors.
- Pets: No more than two (2) domestic pets will be permitted per space; Park management reserves the right to deny a pet if the pet proves to pose a threat to the health and safety of tenants in the Park. The dog run area of the park is the only area whereby a pet may relieve themselves. This is not allowed on other landscaping areas or sites. Pets must be always on a leash no longer than 6 (six) feet maximum. Animal waste must be picked up immediately. Any person caught by Park management not picking up after their pet will be fined and evicted from the Park. Bags must be carried at all times while walking your pet. Pets judged to be too noisy, too large, or too dangerous by management will not be allowed in the Park. The following aggressive breeds are NOT allowed in the park: Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds & other aggressive breeds. Dogs/cats are not all owed to be tied up and left unattended outside of your RV. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or any recreational area at any time. Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other tenants, and Desert Vista RV Resort and Park Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by the tenant’s pet.
- Check-Out is at noon and Check-In is at 1:00 pm. No Check-Ins after 7pm.
- There is an additional charge for more than two persons per site. There is a $5.00 per person charge per day. For longer stays, there is a charge per person of $75.00 per month.
- There is an additional fee for credit card transactions over the amount of $500 at the rate of 2.5%.
- Any returned checks will be charged a $25 NSF fee.
Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “portable document format” (.pdf) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
