FAQ's

• Code to the Bathhouse & Clubhouse bathrooms/showers and laundry is 1056
• WIFI: Diamond M Ranch (pick the strongest signal). The password is workinprogress
  • ~Please note that Wi-Fi is not conducive to streaming. 
• Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm - call the office if you need an early or late check-in.
• Check-out time is noon - call the office for a late checkout – fees may apply. 

Terms & Conditions

• Reservations will not be credited for late arrival or early departure.
• The park speed limit is 5 mph and is strictly enforced for the safety of all.
• Quiet hours are enforced 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.  All youth must return to their respective site by 10:00 pm.
• Parents or other adult supervisors are responsible for their children’s whereabouts, conduct, and safety.
• Diamond M Ranch Resort has a strict pet policy.  Only non-barking, non-aggressive dogs are welcome, and limit is 2 per site/unit without pre-approval.  Pets must be on a leash and may not be left unattended inside  or outside of units.  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. 
• We have an Artesian well with high in Tannins.  The water is a little tea-colored due to organic staining from vegetation.  Many consider it to have medicinal value.  It is tested and is safe for drinking.
• When using fish cleaning stations, place all fish waste in the totes provided and clean stations after use.
• Diamond M Ranch Resort is not responsible for lost items.
• You are responsible for taking your trash to the nearest dumpster. Ask the office for directions if you don't see one. No trash may be left at the site.
• Do not chase any animals or wildlife found on property. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all Matti's Farm animals, bunnies, and etc. 
• We work very hard to keep our grounds maintained while also preserving the privacy and natural beauty of Alaska. Do not cut or harm the trees or bushes on property without express and explicit permission from DMRR. Damages may be pursued. 

RV/Camping/Tenting Terms:

• Rates are calculated based on two (2) guests per site. Additional guests above two (2) must be declared and added at the time of reservation or will be added to the reservation by staff upon check-in. Charges will be applied at rate of $5.00 per person per night
• Rates are calculated with the allowance for one RV and one personal vehicle. Total vehicle count must be declared and added at the time of reservation or will be added to the reservation by staff upon check-in and charged at the following rate: 
  • All vehicles in addition to the stated allowance, including but not limited to additional personal vehicles, boats, trailers, storage trailers, and motorcycles, will be charged an additional $10.00 per vehicle per night.  All additional RVs will be registered and charged at the seasonal Buddy Rates, not as an additional vehicle.
• Additional tents may only be set up or added with permission from the office upon payment of the additional fee based on seasonal rate; i.e., during dip net season, this rate is $79 per night.
• There are fire pits in each full hook-up site; please do not move or exchange without permission from the office. 

Lodging Terms:

• Rates are calculated based on two (2) guests per unit. Additional guests above two (2) must be declared and added at the time of reservation or will be added to the reservation by staff upon check-in. Charges will be applied at the following rates:
  • Additional people: $15.00 per person per night
  • Pets: $25.00 per pet per night
    • Bringing an undeclared pet into a lodging unit will warrant a $500 charge to your credit card if it has not been approved and pet fees paid.
• Diamond M Ranch Resort has only non-smoking units.  Smoking inside any Diamond M Ranch Resort building will warrant a $500 charge to my credit card. While outdoors, properly dispose of butts.
• Fish processing in any Diamond M Ranch Resort unit is prohibited and if done will warrant a $500 charge to your credit card.  Use of Diamond M Ranch Resort towels for fish handling will warrant replacement costs to be charged to my credit card. 

Pasture Rules:

• All rates and rules from RV/Camping/Tenting Terms apply with the following additions:
• There are no provided fire rings in the pasture. You are welcome to bring a fire pit if it meets the following criteria: minimum 18” above ground or a Solo Stove placed on pavers and guaranteed not to burn grass are allowed in the pasture - no fires on the ground.
  • There will be a $100 fee if you use a firepit on the grassy area that does not meet this criteria.
• Generators are required to be turned off by 10 pm due to the quiet hours. They can be turned on again at 7 am.
• Again, every additional RV or tent must be registered and will be charged at the seasonal pasture rate of $79 per unit.

RELEASE/DISCLAIMER

I do hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries (including death), or losses that I may sustain or incur if any while attending, engaging, practicing, participating or witnessing, hiking, fishing, riding, or any other activity and/or certain event(s) occurring in or about the premises. I hereby assume full risk, waive all claims and release and hold Diamond M Ranch Resort, LLC its instructors, or partners of said program or event, individually or otherwise, harmless for any and all liability, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees actions, or rights of action or judgments as a result of injury or death to myself or members of my family or heirs, or my guests, or damage, destruction or loss to my property, which in any way relates to, arises out of, or is in any way connected with my presence on the premises, or my participation in events of activities thereon, or the negligent acts or omissions of the releases or any other third party. I am fully aware and understand that Diamond M Ranch Resort LLC does not have on or about the premises, or employ or contract with any medical services, provisions for ordinary or emergency medical services. In consideration of my participation in and the use of the Premises or Facilities, including but not limited to: fishing holes, mountain hikes, farm tours, campfires I hereby release and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises (releases), shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives agents, affiliates and lessees from any and all claims resulting from any physical injury that may occur to me while participating in any program or event sponsored by Diamond M Ranch Resort, LLC.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE RELEASE/WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER VOLUNTARILY. Parents or guardians must sign if the applicant is UNDER 18.
