Douglas Forest RV Resort, Webster, Massachusetts

By accepting a reservation at Douglas Forest RV Resort ("the Resort"), the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Guest waives, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Douglas Forest RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property.
     
  • Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Douglas Forest RV Resort from all losses, claims, expenses, demands, including attorneys’ fees, that the Resort may incur arising from Guests' use of the Rental/Property.
     
  • Guest assumes full responsibility for the actions, conduct, and safety of themselves and all members of their group.
     
  • Douglas Forest RV Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant, or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a state sexual offender registration program.
     
  • Guest agrees to comply with all posted park rules and all instructions from management.
  • Guest agrees to clean site prior to check out, or will incur a $50 cleaning fee. 
     

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly park and welcome well-behaved pets under the following conditions:

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV, tent, or other camping equipment.
     
  • Owners must immediately clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
     
  • Pets must not disturb other guests through excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or roaming.
     
  • Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior, actions, and any injury or damage caused.
     
  • The Resort is not liable for any incidents involving pets or wildlife.
     
  • Our park maintains a rustic, natural environment where wildlife is present; pet owners are encouraged to be mindful of their surroundings.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling your reservation 30 or more days prior to arrival will result in a 100% refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. 

  • Cancelling your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 99% refund, and a 1% cancellation fee. 

  • No refunds for early departures for any reason, including personal emergencies, work obligations, illness, or weather conditions.
     
  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email to be valid.
     
  • Reservation dates may be changed once, if requested more than 21 days in advance, subject to availability.
     

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given after check-in.
     
  • No refunds will be issued for weather conditions, voluntary departure, eviction for violation of park rules, personal emergencies, or mechanical failures (including RV issues).
     
  • Management reserves the right to review and approve any refund requests at its sole discretion.
     
  • Management shall not be responsible for any loss of recreational opportunities, park closures, or amenities not available due to weather, government mandates, or other circumstances beyond our control.
     

Liability

  • Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. The Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
     
  • Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk.
     
  • Douglas Forest RV Resort assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
     
  • All guests and visitors must comply with park rules. Violation of any rule may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
     

General Resort Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
     
  • Campfires are allowed only in designated areas and must be attended at all times. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site or going to bed.
     
  • Speed limit within the Resort is 5 MPH. Please drive carefully for the safety of all guests and pets.
     
  • Trash must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles. Please help us keep the park clean and beautiful.
     
  • Alcohol is permitted at your site; however, excessive drinking, disorderly conduct, or loud behavior will not be tolerated.
     
  • No illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, or weapons are permitted on the property.
     
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
     
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to Resort property.

Trash Policy

  • Please don’t bring in trash from outside the park — our dumpsters are only for waste generated during your stay here.

  • Like many RV parks, we have to manage our rubbish disposal carefully, and outside trash drives up costs for everyone.

  • If external trash is found, a $100 Rubbish Disposal Fee will be added to your account.

  • This isn’t a fine or a punishment — it’s simply to cover the extra expense that comes with overloading our trash service. We do this to keep things fair for all our guests and to avoid raising prices across the board.

Graywater Discharge 

  • Please be aware that discharging graywater (sink/shower water) onto the ground is prohibited at Douglas Forest RV Resort.
  • All graywater must be properly contained and disposed of through approved sewer hookups or holding tanks.
  • Improper discharge may result in a $150 Environmental Compliance Fee.
