Cancellation Policy

Eagle Falls Campground’s refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows: 

• If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable 10%  transaction fee.
• For a cancellation of a reservation from 7-29 days, prior to the arrival date we issue a refund of 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited. 
• For a reservation cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Eagle Falls Campground.
