PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
UNLAWFUL ACTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Destroying, defacing, disturbing or removing any part of any building, sign, structure, or equipment.
- Destroying, cutting, breaking, removing, defacing, mutilating, injuring, taking or gathering any tree, shrub, other plant or plant part, rock, mineral, or geological feature except by permit.
- Dumping any refuse or waste, including grey water, from any trailer or other vehicle except in places or receptacles provided for such use.
- Operating vehicles in a reckless manner, or in excess of posted speed limits, or in areas other than those specifically intended for vehicular traffic.
- Consuming or displaying in public any beverage of alcoholic content, including beer and wine or controlled substance.
- Acting in a disorderly manner or creating any noise which would result in annoyance to others.
- Entering a facility or area without regard to restrictions on public.
PETS POLICY:
Ebenezer Park is pet friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash. County Ordinance states that Pet Owners must pick up their pets body waste. For your convenience Pet Stations are located throughout the park.
CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS:
- ENFORCEMENT: Park Staff have the authority to enforce all Park Regulations and assign campsites. Failure to abide by Park Rules can lead to temporary or permanent exclusion or prosecution.
- Golf carts must be registered with the park office. Golf Cart permits are $25 annually. All golf cart permits expire on December 31st each year.
- Golf carts must have a minimum of $50,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, must have functioning headlights, and cannot be rental carts from outside companies/individuals.
- Golf carts must display a valid permit at all times, and must be driven by a licensed driver with no restrictions.
- Golf carts may only be driven on paved roadways. Golf carts are not allowed on any trails, grass, mulch, or in any restricted areas.
- RV sites are allowed either a maximum of one trailer/RV and one tent, or two tents per site.
- No more than six persons (or one family) may occupy the same RV site.
- Tent sites are allowed to have only one tent per site. No more than 4 people or one family unit may occupy the same tent site.
- Check in between 2:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m.
- Check out at 12:00 p.m.
- Site change must be approved by park staff.
- Maximum length of stay on a particular site is 14 nights. Cancellations are subject to fees based on the notice given.
- York County senior citizens (age 60 and older) and permanently disabled may register for a campsite at a reduced rate. The qualifying individual must be present for the duration of the stay. Proof of age or disability is required at check in
- No storage of RV’s, campers or boat trailers allowed.
- Campers must be at least 21 years of age to register a campsite, and must be present during duration of stay.
- Any guests visiting campers at their campsite will be charged park admission. Anyone staying overnight on the campsite must be registered with the office.

RV CAMPERS MAY ONLY PARK THEIR VEHICLES, TRAILERS, AND GOLF CARTS ON THE CONCRETE PAD AT THEIR ASSIGNED CAMPSITE. RV CAMPERS MAY NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. ANY VEHICLES THAT DO NOT FIT ON THE CONCRETE PAD AT THEIR RV CAMPSITE WILL BE DIRECTED TO PARK IN THE DAY USE PARKING LOT.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Strictly Enforced.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- All fires must be confined to designated grills or fire rings. Moving of fire rings is prohibited
- No off road vehicles allowed (UTV/ATV or Dirt Bikes)
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PICNIC SHELTER GUESTS
PICNIC SHELTER RENTAL AGREEMENT:
I acknowledge with the shelter rental(s) that PARK ADMISSION FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED as part of the shelter rental and that all guests will be charged on the day of my event. It is my responsibility to inform all attendees of this policy. Park admission fees are charged year-round, per-person.
PARK ADMISSION FEES:
Free for York County Residents (*Must show driver's license)
o Non-York County Resident Adult (Ages 17+) = $12.00
o Non-York County Resident Senior / Disabled = $8.00
o Non-York County Resident Children (Ages 6-16) = $8.00
o All children (Ages 5 & under) = FREE
I acknowledge that with shelter rental(s), PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED AND PARKING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. It is my responsibility to inform all attendees of this policy.
Shelter rentals on Saturdays and Sundays (May - September) will come with a designated number of guaranteed parking spaces.
SHELTER 1: 16 parking spots
SHELTER 6: 10 parking spots
I acknowledge that the shelter cancellation policy is as follows:
· With 30+ days’ notice there will be no penalty charged
· With 4-29 days’ notice, a $10 penalty will be charged
· With 0-3 days’ notice, there will be no refund
Shelter reservations can be transferred to a future date to avoid any cancellation fees; if arranged with park staff prior to 10:00 am on your scheduled event date.
I acknowledge that ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED on park property per the York County Code of Ordinances Section 90.01 G and it is my responsibility to inform all attendees of this policy. Offenders will be fined up to $500.
I acknowledge that inflatables (such as bouncy houses), confetti, paints, powders, and/or water balloons are not permitted on park property.
DJs / amplified music are prohibited.
I acknowledge that shelter rentals are daily from 10am-7pm (March-April & September-October), 10am-8pm (May- August) and 10am–5pm (November-February).
I acknowledge that cooking oil and ice cream salt cannot be disposed of on park grounds.
I acknowledge that all other park rules and guidelines must be adhered to during my visit.
