No Littering: Help us keep the park clean—do not litter. Guests caught littering may be asked to leave.
Cigarette Waste: Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
Trash Disposal: Do not leave trash outside your RV or in fire pits. For your convenience, a dumpster is available on site.
- The dumpster is for regular household trash only.
- Please break down all cardboard boxes before disposal.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park. Please drive slowly and cautiously.
Stay on Roads: Use designated roads only—no spinouts, donuts, wheelies, or reckless driving. Violations may result in removal from the park.
EV Charging: Do not charge electric vehicles, e-bikes, or scooters at your campsite. Local EV charging stations are located within 10 miles.
Ground Alterations: Absolutely no digging, trenching, or altering your campsite or park grounds. No exceptions. Fines may apply.
Water Usage:
- Do not wash vehicles, ATVs, or RVs at your campsite.
- Do not fill pools or large containers with site water. Excessive usage may result in extra fees. Initial here: _______
Pets:
- Leash & Supervision: All dogs must be on a leash and never left outside unattended.
- Pet Behavior: Aggressive pets of any size are not allowed. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
- Do not allow pets to relieve themselves in landscaped areas near campsites.
- A $25 cleanup fee applies if staff must remove pet waste.
- Repeat issues may result in removal from the resort.
- You are responsible for your pet at all times.
Fires
- Use only existing fire pits—do not create new ones.
- Do not burn trash or glass.
- Fire pit use is subject to local fire bans.
Firewood: Do not gather or cut firewood on the property. Firewood is available for purchase—contact management.
Grilling: Please use care when grilling. Catch any grease to prevent damage to the concrete pad.
Campsite Appearance & Use
- Clean Site: Campsites should be kept tidy. Local city ordinances are in place.
- Monthly Stays: Limited to 90 days. After 90 days, you must move to a different site.
- No Alterations: Do not alter your site. Contact management for any accommodation needs.
- No Parking on Grass: Please avoid parking on grass. We are preparing to hydroseed, and you will be held responsible for any damage
Activities & Restrictions
- No Hunting on the property.
- No Swimming or Boating in the pond. This includes kayaks, canoes, or any other watercraft.
- Absolutely no swimming is allowed.
- Edens RV Resort is not responsible for any incidents involving the pond.
- Fishing is allowed—catch and release only.
- No Firearms or Fireworks: Firearms, fireworks, or explosives are strictly prohibited.
Families:
- Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times.
- Children under 16 must be supervised when near the pond.
- Do not leave children unattended anywhere on the property.
Nature & Safety
- Please be aware: We are a nature surrounded RV resort so please be advised that trees, bushes, and other foliage may present risks, as well as animals, reptiles, and insects that live in this area.
Wi-Fi & Technology
- Wi-Fi is complimentary but not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for unavailable or interrupted service.
Conduct & Compliance
- No Underage Drinking or Illegal Substances: Violators will be reported to authorities and immediately evicted, with loss of all payments and deposits.
- Family-Friendly Environment:
  - No fighting, nudity, loud profanity, or offensive behavior.
  - Loud music is not permitted.
Rule Violations: Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary or permanent removal from the resort. No refunds will be issued for evictions.
Rules may be updated without prior notice.
Refunds are not given for weather, early departures, acts of nature, or rule violations.
