Refund Policy

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before your reservation date will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee of the total amount.
Cancellations made within 72 days of your reservation will NOT receive a refund.
We have a non-refundable policy for festival and holiday weekends.
Refunds will be given the way payment is received. 
Refunds to cards take time to process, please allow up to 7-10 business days. 
No shows will forfeit their ability to receive a refund and their reservation will be canceled.
No refunds for early departure.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND FOR ANY REASON!
