Office Hours
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to RVs that do not meet park standards.
RVs older than 15 years are limited to a 1-week maximum stay unless approved by
management.

Late Check-Out
Late check-out may be arranged with the front office (subject to availability). Additional fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy

Daily and Weekly’s
 Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival: $25 cancellation fee
 Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: no refund

Monthly Reservation Cancellations
 Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival: $50 cancellation fee
 Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome under the following conditions:
1. Pets must be leashed at all times on park property.
2. Pets tied outside must be attended.
3. Pets may not be tied to park fixtures.

4. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up waste immediately.
5. Repeated violations may result in being asked to leave the park without a refund.
6. Aggressive or disruptive pets are not permitted.
7. Cages, kennels, and dog runs are not allowed.
8. Pitbulls and Pitbull mixes are not permitted.
9. Limit of three pets per site.
10. All pets must be registered at check-in.
11. No exotic or oversized pets (e.g., reptiles, large birds).
12. Service animals are always welcome.

Park Rules & Policies
General Policies
1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or pets.
2. Guests assume all risk and agree to hold Roadrunner RV Park harmless.
3. The park is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or property damage.
4. Failure to follow rules may result in being asked to leave the park without a refund.
5. Mail and packages may be delivered and picked up at the front office.
6. Only RVs in good working conditions and appearance are permitted.
7. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on vehicle conditions.
8. Tent camping is allowed in designated tent sites (#1 and #2 only).
9. A maximum of two tents is allowed per site.
10. A maximum of 12 people is allowed per site.
11. Visitors are welcome between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
12. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
13. No overnight parking/storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers in the park area.
14. Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are prohibited.
15. Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted.
16. Outdoor sleeping (e.g., mattresses, sleeping bags, or cots) is not allowed.
17. Vehicle or RV maintenance on-site is not allowed.

18. Vehicle or RV washing is not allowed.
19. Use of paint, chemicals, or hazardous materials is prohibited.
20. Clotheslines or hanging items from trees are not permitted.
21. Keep your site clean and organized at all times.
22. Each site is limited to one RV and a maximum of two additional vehicles.
23. Trash must be placed in park receptacles.
24. Do not leave trash out overnight.
25. Boats, trailers, and dollies must be stored in the designated storage area (additional fee applies).

Safety Rules
1. Firearms are strictly prohibited.
2. No archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns allowed.
3. Fireworks are not permitted.
4. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
5. Disorderly or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
6. The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.
7. Motorcycles must idle while on park property.
8. Vehicles must not block roadways.
9. Park only in designated spaces.
10. Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles, including golf carts and scooters.
11. Vandalism of any kind will result in being asked to leave the park without a refund.

Security
1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
2. Report any problems or issues to the main office immediately.
3. All city, county, and state laws are enforced on park grounds.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of others at all times.

1. Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted.
2. Inconsiderate guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
3. Profanity or aggressive behavior toward guests or staff will result in immediate removal.
