Refund Policy

Elevated Experience Camping Willey West Campground

At Elevated Experience Camping, we strive to offer clarity and fairness in our reservation and refund policies. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your stay:

Non-Refundable Rates

  • Rates for glamping sites, rustic bell tents, RV rentals, and group sites are non-refundable unless the site can be re-rented for the exact same reservation dates.

Reservation Cancellations

  • For the 2025 season, campers can cancel their reservations online.
  • A minimum of 72 hours' notice (starting at midnight, 24-hour clock) is required to cancel a reservation.
  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and full payment will be charged.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Reservation Fees and Changes

  • Reservation fees of $12.00 plus GST are non-refundable.
  • A fee of $10.00 plus GST applies to all reservation changes. This fee is non-waivable.

How to Request a Refund

For refund inquiries (where applicable), please email us at info@eecwilleywest.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Important Notes

Elevated Experience Camping is not responsible for refunding reservations or campsites under the following circumstances:

  • Government restrictions (e.g., pandemic, evacuations).
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., fire, highway closures, accidents, illness, family emergencies).
  • Acts of nature or unexpected events (e.g., "zombie apocalypse" or "Sasquatch sightings").

These terms and conditions are part of your confirmed reservation agreement. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these policies.
