Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  City Council reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 
Problems with the park that would prevent a camper from using the campsite such as no water supply or storm damage may result in a refund after approval from the City Council. This process may take up to five weeks to process. Please work with the campground manager if this occurs. If campground manager is not available please email any such reasons to cityofhoffman@runestone.net

Site transfers - No refunds will be issued for lesser valued site transfers requested bycampers. If the Campground Manager requests the transfer a refund for the difference will be processed by the finance department. Refunds will be made by check and can take up to five weeks to process.
