Cancelation policies:
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun
continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of
your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

For Lodging Rentals

2 WEEK:
Refund minus the non-refundable $25 cancellation fee

48 HOURS:
50% of reservation forfeited

LESS THAN 24 HOURS:
Full reservation forfeited

For RV/Tent Sites

2 WEEK:
100% refund

48 HOURS:
50% of reservation forfeited

LESS THAN 24 HOURS:
Full reservation forfeited
