Welcome to Emerald Trails Campground!

Here are a few rules to make your stay more pleasant.

1.        All Check-in between Noon and 7:00PM

2.        Check-out or Re-register by 11am CST.

3.        All 50 AMP trailers must use a 50 AMP site. No converters or pigtails are allowed.

4.        Place your refuse in trash bags and deposit in trash cans.

5.        Help us MAINTAIN CLEAN RESTROOMS and SHOWERS. Please turn off water tightly. DO NOT use sinks for pets, dishes or laundry.

6.        KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE – Observe posted 10MPH speed limit.

7.        All pets must be leashed at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended. Clean up all fecal matter! It is your responsibility!  2 pets are allowed per site. Incessantly barking dogs must be controlled or muzzled or are not welcomed at Emerald Trails. All pet owners that do not clean up after their pets will be asked to leave. 

8.        Campfires must be at least 10 feet from trees in fire containment liners. No fire is to be left unattended.

9.        Legal  Age Consumption of alcohol is only permitted at your campsite. Alcohol related disturbances will lead to expulsion from park.

10.      FAILURE TO DISPOSE OF WASTEWATER AND SEWAGE PROPERLY AND SAFELY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL FROM THE PARK.

11.      Fireworks, firearms, bows and arrows, slingshots, etc. are not allowed in the park.

12.      Only campground paddle boats are allowed in the lake. NO SWIMMING!

13.      NO NIGHT FISHING PERMITTED. 

14.      Tent stays are 4 weeks maximum per camping season. All sites have a maximum stay of two seasonal stays(365 days). No residence.

15.      No unoperational vehicles allowed  to stay on the property.

16.      Please respect the natural landscape and beauty of our park. Vandalism and destruction will not be tolerated. All campsites and RVs must be clean & attractive.

17.      No off-road vehicles allowed on walking paths. All golf carts must only be on roads abiding the speed limit. 

18.      Management must be made aware of any situation which may cause your stay to be unpleasant.

19.      FREE dump station use is for registered campers only.

20.      All campers under the age of 18 must be at your campsite by 10:00pm.

21.       All guests of campers must register in the office as soon as possible.

22.      Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am.

23.      Camper(s) and guest  agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend owner and management for any bodily or other personal injury to the campers, family members and any guests or others and for any property damage. All campers must carry their own insurance. Emerald Trails is privately owned property. We reserve the right to refuse service and admittance to any person. The campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, or loss of money and/or valuables of any kind. Children are always to be supervised by an adult.

24.      Rules are based on common curtesy so all can have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus $5.

Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will foreflight their deposit equal to a one night stay.
