Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check-in. A $25.00 service fee will be applied for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will receive no refund. Holliday Cancellation Policy: Holiday requires a 3-night minimum reservation and payment in full at the time a reservation is made. No refunds are allowed on holiday reservations regardless of when cancelled. Holidays include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and other weekends designated in advance. All cancellations must be made in writing.
