Eureka Springs Adventure Park

Site Changes You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Open Fires Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. Absolutely no burning of trash inside the fire rings. There is a $50 fine for trash and disposal of cans or debris.

Parking Each site is allowed two vehicles. Should you have additional, you will need to gain approval from management. No parking in grass or anywhere outside of your site gravel pad.  

Site and Park Navigation Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.

Washing Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.

Rugs Rugs that extend out past your site pad are not allowed as it kills the grass/vegetation and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.

Pet Policies:

We are a pet friendly park, however, we do not allow pets inside the Camper Rentals; a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to violators. 

Leash We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Leaving Pets Unattended Pets may not be left unattended outside your camper. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous and can affect your pets well-being while you are away.

Pet Vaccinations Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

Barking Constant Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.

Park Policies:

Speed Limit The park speed limit is 5-10 mph, depending on location. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests. KEEP IT SLOW!

Parking Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra vehicles will need to be parked in additional parking areas such as field parking. Please do not park on our grass or anywhere outside your gravel pad. Ruts caused in your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will need to be parked in field parking.

Severe Weather In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room.  We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.

Electrical Use You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues with our pedestals during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Laundry The laundry room is open 24/7 via key pad access. To obtain code, you will need to book access through our website. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft and want to keep them open for other guests.

Quiet Time Policies Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Please report anyone playing loud music. Management will address with one warning and beyond that guests may be asked to leave without refund.

Restrooms For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and laundry facilities.

•      No smoking in bathhouse (includes laundry room)

•      Keep doors to bathhouse and laundry room closed at all times

•      Clean up after yourself, and treat it as if it is your own

•      Absolutely no one of the opposite sex allowed in bathroom

•      Always report issues with facility and/or if clean up is required

Trash Disposal and Recycling Trash dumpster is located across from the shop. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. Dumpster is for your general daily trash ONLY and not your personal dumpster. If a section of the dumpster is full, please open tops of bin to find space. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Possums and racoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visiting racoon at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals, motor oil, cooking oil, wires, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

•      Pitch in! If you see trash on the grounds, please pitch in and put it where it belongs.

Children Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding without a parent and on our main roads is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restroom facility without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Drones Drones are permitted in our park, however, please do not fly drones over people or RVs.

Clotheslines Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Fireworks and Firearms Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns.

Repairs Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

Security:

1.   Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

2.   By signing this agreement, you (and all occupants of your site and guests) are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined in our park waiver.

3.   Management (Park) is not responsible for any incident, damage, or actions of others during your stay.

4.   Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. If after hours, please text (479)330-5010.

5.   We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

6.   Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in immediate eviction from park.

7.   Guests violating rules that results in eviction will not receive any refunds for their stay.

8.   We have ZERO tolerance for domestic abuse and will result in eviction immediately.

9.   We have ZERO tolerance for illegal actions and illegal drugs and will result in eviction immediately.

10. By booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as well as our park waiver. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING POLICY FOR RV PARK / CAMPGROUNDS

Campgrounds are open year-round. Reservations can be made through our website (www.EurekaAdventurePark.com). For Reservations exceeding 14 days in length, please contact a booking manager at (479)330-5010. Walk-in reservations are not guarenteed. We always encourage booking on-line prior to arrival, however we will always try to accommodate if occupancy allows. Office hours vary throughout the season so we encourage you to text (479)330-5010 prior to arrival. 

Payment is due in full when reservation is made, and signifies that you agree to these terms and conditions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the online process for cancellations. For any other changes to your reservation, please text (479)330-5010. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

  • MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION:
  1. RV site, Camper rentals, or any campground site cancellations more than 30 days prior to the scheduled stay can be refunded back to the card on file minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the online process for cancellations. .

30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION:

  1. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation is 30 days or less prior to the scheduled stay for a Camper Rental or Campsite.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the online process for cancellations. 

Additionally, a $50 fee will be added to card on file for “no shows”. 

The policy is in place regardless of weather, natural disaster, and other uncontrollable/unforeseeable situations such as but not limited to; COVID 19, virus or communicable disease. 

This Policy may change at any time without notice. 

 

Rental Units (SXS's & Slingshots): All cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Eureka Springs Adventure Park (ESAP) will issue a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation start time. If booking is made within a 72 hour period and gets cancelled, or cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation start time, ESAP will not issue refunds. ESAP does offer a one-time courtesy change to the reservation if made at least 14 days prior to the reservation start time, without penalty, and based on rental availability and the new reservation must take place during the current riding season.
