Evangeline Oaks RV Park

GUEST AGREEMENT:

Evangeline Oaks RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for property damage, accidents, or injury to our Guest nor the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Rental rates are due upon arrival. Guest will be notified the day before rates are due via phone/text/email and/or letter. If rental rates are not received the day they are due a $10.00 per day late fee will be added. All unpaid balances will be automatically charged to the guest credit card on file.

Guest do herby agree that they, their spouses & children, and their visitors will comply with all the above and attached stated. I have read the ABOVE and ATTACHED Rates, Check-In & Check-Out, Guest, Polices, and Park Conditions and I agree to all.

RATES: 

  • Payment must be PAID in advance and/or upon arrival.
  • A deposit is required at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations may be made within 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation with refund of the deposit minus a $15.00 Cancellation Fee.  Failure to cancel reservation 24 hours prior will result in automatically forfeiting the reservation deposit. NO deposit refunds for Monthly stays.
  • All unpaid balances will automatically be charged to the guest credit card on file.
  • Rates, seasons, holidays, and rules are subject to change without notice

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

  • Check-in is at 1:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is at 3:00 p.m. for an additional $15.00 fee.

GUESTS:

  • All guests must register with Management prior to or at the time of check-in.
  • Rates include 4 guests. There is a $5.00 per day fee for each additional guest, total occupancy of 5 guests. Additional guests and visitors allowed with fee and Management approval only.
  • Guests only allowed in park, in addition to 2 visitors per site.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult while on park grounds and while using bathroom/laundry facilities.
  • Guests are responsible for their actions, the actions of their children, and the actions of their visitors. Please inform every one of the POLICIES of the park.
  • All guests, their children, and their visitors use the premises at their own risk.

POLICIES:

  • Only one RV or trailer unit is allowed per site.  Each site is limited to 2 vehicles.
  • Any fan over 20 inches, window A/C units, and baby pools must be approved in writing by Management.
  • All in-ground structures (tie downs, satellite poles, etc.) MUST be approved by Management in writing before installed.  Any and all damages to asphalt/pavement, electric, water, and sewer lines due to not getting Management approval before installation will result in guests paying for any and all damages.  Guests are responsible for any and all damages to sewer lines.
  • Emergency Situations: In all cases, call 911 and notify Management immediately.  Upon a Mandatory Evacuation Order given by St. Landry Parish Officials, all RV’s and guests must be removed from the premises within 12 hours.
  • Conducting any type of business, trade or profession of any type whatsoever is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
  • All RV site rentals, guests, visitors, and pets are subject to approval or rejection at the sole discretion of Evangeline Oaks RV Park.
  • Out-of-hand behavior by guests, children, and visitors will not be tolerated.  Any incidences will be dealt with by Management and violators will be removed from the premises immediately.
  • Evangeline Oaks RV Park is NOT responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause.  All guests, children, and visitors use the park at their own risk.  Note: Evangeline Oakes RV Park is not liable for any bodily harm and/or injuries, property damages, even if caused by natural disaster such as falling tree's/debris, wind, snow, ice, hail, rain, or vegetation.

PARK CONDITIONS:

  • Pull through parking is not offered or allowed.
  • The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
  • Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • The following are strictly prohibited: fireworks, toxic chemicals, and illegal firearms.
  • No open fires. Fires must be contained in fire pits ONLY. Extinguish all fires before retiring for the night or leaving the area.
  • All jack, levelers, landing gear, blocks, chocks, ramps, skid wheels, swivel casters, slide-outs, and supports MUST have some type of padding between them and the asphalt to protect the asphalt.  Guests are responsible for any damage to the site and or asphalt. DO NOT raise RV/trailers off the ground.
  • Picnic tables are provided at each site as a courtesy. Do not paint, draw, carve, or place any portable propane or charcoal grill on tables. Guests are responsible for any and all damages to picnic tables.
  • Tin foil on RV or vehicle windows is strictly prohibited. 
  • Inform Management of any sewer, water, and electrical connection problems, difficulties or issues at once.  Failure to do so will result in damages being charged to guest.
  • Check all water hoses for leaks. It is the sole responsibility of the guests to repair any leaky hoses or other equipment.
  • Guests using excessive water, sewer, and electricity will be charged additional fees.
  • No flushing or pouring of prohibited items into septic systems:

    • Candy wrappers/cellophane
  • All Bathroom/Laundry facilities are for guests only.
  • Bathroom/Laundry access is provided by electric access code only.  Guests sharing access codes with visitors and/or non-guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  • Smoking in the Bathroom/Laundry facilities is NOT allowed.  DO NOT throw cigarette butts or any other type of trash anywhere or park grounds.  We take great pride in our park and keeping it clean.  Please do your part by picking up after yourself and your visitors.
  • Food and beverages of any kind are not allowed in Bathroom/Laundry facilities.
  • Coin operated washer/dryers are provided. Guests must provide their own coins and low suds detergent. Empty lint traps from dryers after every use. Remove clothes promptly from machines when done.  Any items left are not the responsibility of the park and its Management and will be disposed of.  Appliances are used at guest risk and all instructions must be followed.  Failure to do so will result in damages being charged to guest.
  • Each site must be kept neat and clean at all times and never used as a storage area.  Clotheslines and tarps are not permitted.
  • All trash must be disposed of properly.  DO NOT leave trash outside overnight.
  • Designated trash cans are for normal trash only.  NO oil, batteries, paint, seafood, and wild game remains are allowed. The cleaning of fish or wild game is not allowed on park grounds.
  • Complementary trash can is provided at each site. It is the guest responsibility to remove trash and install liner. Failure to do so will result in complementary trash can being removed.
  • No trash such as cans, bottles, paper, cigarette butts are to be left around any site.  Fees will be charged to clean-up before, during, or after guests, their children, and their visitors stay.  Anyone littering trash/debris will not be allowed back to the park in the future.
  • Any and all vehicles/trailers are NOT allowed anywhere on grassy areas.  NO driving or parking on grassy areas.  Violators will be charged for any and all damages.
  • Motorcycles, 4-wheelers, golf carts, horses, and any type of ATV or motorized scooter are not allowed to be driven/ridden anywhere on park grounds.  In addition, no skateboards, scooters, or roller blades to be ridden on park grounds.
  • Vehicle repairs are not permitted on park grounds.  Washing of campers, vehicles, and etc. on park grounds is strictly prohibited.
  • Utility trailers are not permitted on property unless approved by Management.
  • If a Guest is injured as a result of pet owner negligence, the liability falls onto the pet owner.
  • Noisy or aggressive pets will not be permitted to remain on property. 
  • A leash law is strictly enforced on the RV Park Property. Pets must be on a leash at all times, regardless of size.  
  • It is mandatory of all pet owners to clean up after their pet each time they use the bathroom.  Do not leave any food bowls or bones out overnight.
