Evergreen Park & Campground Policies & Rules
General Campground:
1. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
2. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the Village harmless from and indemnify the Village against the same.
3. The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
5. All guests must accept the park’s terms and conditions and complete the check in process online prior to arrival.
6. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order.
7. Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site.
8. RV sites are limited to 1 RV/pop-up and 1 tent. Tent occupancy is limited to minor children ONLY.
9. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
10. Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time.
11. Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 7 am & 10 pm.
12. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
13. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
14. Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
15. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
16. Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
17. Guests may not place anything in the ground with the exception of tent stakes.
18. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
19. Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle allowed per site. Additional vehicles may use the overflow parking lot by the tennis courts.
20. Guests are encouraged to dispose of their trash in the dumpster provided near the upper restrooms.
21. DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
22. Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on sites. Guests may use the overflow parking lot to store these items during their stay.

Pavilion Rentals:
1. All reserved park areas used by your group must be left as it was found when you arrived. (Use the following checklist – task items listed below will vary by location.)
- All trash/refuse must be deposited in existing refuse dumpster.
- Hot charcoal must be left in grills provided – DO NOT dump on ground or in garbage cans.
- All tables and counters in enclosed & open pavilions must be wiped down prior to departure.
- In both open & enclosed pavilions, tables must be returned to the original site & straightened out.
- Floors are to be swept prior to departure.
- In enclosed pavilions remove all items from refrigerator prior to departure.
- In enclosed pavilions sink and stove must be cleaned.
- In enclosed pavilions turn off stove prior to departure.
- In enclosed pavilions turn off all running water prior to departure.
- In enclosed pavilions turn off all lights and lock doors & windows prior to departing.
2. No pets are allowed in the pavilions. Exceptions will be made for service animals.
3. The group reserving the facility is responsible for all cleanup and damages. All costs incurred by the Village will be billed to the individual or organization renting the facility.
- No staples, nails or tacks that puncture holes into ceiling, walls or floors.
- Mounting putty is permissible for hanging banners/decorations but must be removed after event.
4. Report any damage or problems immediately to the Public Works Department at 715-927-1006.
5. Vehicle parking is restricted to roads and designated parking areas.
6. The Village of Wausaukee will open pavilions by 9 AM on the date of your reservation. GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO LOCK ALL DOORS UPON DEPARTURE. All activities (including clean up) must cease at each pavilion prior to 10PM. The pavilions cannot be entered prior to 9 AM without prior approval from the Department of Public Works. Public Works can be reached at 715-927-1006.
7. Reservations are made online at www.VillageofWausaukee.com or at the Wausaukee Village Hall (715-856-5341). Payment of pavilion rental must be made at the time of reservation.
8. Any violations of rules or Village ordinances will necessitate the cancellation of future reservations by the group or individual on record.
9. Any plans for additional party tents must be coordinated with the Village’s Public Works Department by calling 715-927-1006 at least 10 days prior to your event. Specific instructions will be given on placement of the tent to avoid problems with ground stakes encountering underground utilities. The person(s) installing the tents must contact Diggers Hotline at 811 or 1-800-242-8511 for locates. It should be noted that you must call at least 3 days prior to driving in tent stakes or digging. THE VILLAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING DIGGERS HOTLINE. Any damage that occurs from failure to secure locates, will be the responsibility of the person(s) installing the tents. The Village encourages the use of tents without stakes.
Safety:
1. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the park.
2. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
3. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
4. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
5. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
6. Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
7. Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and golf carts must be in idle speed when traveling through the park.
8. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
9. Vehicles may park on gravel pads only. Do not park on grass.
10. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park, including golf carts, ATV/UTV’s, scooters, etc.
11. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the park.
Security:
1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
2. Report any problems with your site to the Village Office or Public Works Department immediately.
3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
3. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
4. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
5. Profanity or violence towards other guests or Village staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
6. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
3. There is a two-pet limit in the park.
4. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
5. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
6. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
7. Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
8. Pets are prohibited in park buildings and amenity areas.
9. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
10. Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
