Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is as follows: a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee will be issued if canceled 30 days or more before check-in. A cancellation fee will apply, resulting in a 50% refund for reservations canceled within 11-29 days before check-in. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations made 10 days or less before check-in. 

Refund requests must be made by phone. No refunds will be issued based on weather conditions unless the facility has been officially closed due to severe weather.
