Cancellation Policy

1. There is a $38.00 cancellation fee for full hook up sites. This will go toward the cost of your stay. If you need to cancel, your cancellation must be made within 7 days or more of your arrival date. If it is less than 7 days of your arrival date, you will lose your $30.00 cancellation fee. 

2. If extending your stay, payment will be charged to your existing reservation.  

3. No refunds for early departures. No exceptions.
