Fay Martin Policies & Rules
General:
- Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.
- Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
- The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
- We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
- All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
- The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
- Maximum total people allowed at any given time are as follows:
- 6 people at a RV site or Cabins 2 & 6.
- 4 people in Cabins 1 & 4.
- 8 people in Cabins 3 & 7.
- 14 people in Cabin 5.
- Maintenance on and/or washing RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
- Only 1 RV allowed per RV site unless stated otherwise.
- DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Cabins: Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 10:00 AM
RV Sites: Check-In 2:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM
Safety:
- The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
- The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
- Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
- Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
- Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
- The speed limit on property is 5 mph.
- Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
- Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
- Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.
Security:
- Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
- Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
- We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be courteous to other guests around you.
- Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
- Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
- Profanity or violence towards other guests or resort staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
- Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
- NO Pets, NO Exceptions. If in need of pet boarding for your furry friends, Indian River has a wonderful place to board pets right up the road from Fay Martin. Check them out on their website (indianriverpetresort.com), or call them at (231) 238-2278.
Booking Policy:
Cabins: 50% of the reservation total is due upon booking. Any remaining balance will be auto-charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, your credit card on file will be used to run a PRE-AUTHORIZATION of $500, however, your card will not be charged unless damage occurs to cabins or property at the resort’s discretion. All bookings must have a valid credit card on file.
Please note, during our Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), cabins are weekly Friday to Friday rentals only.
RV Sites: 50% of the reservation total is due upon booking. Any remaining balance will be auto-charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. All bookings must have a valid credit card on file.
Please note, during our Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), RV Sites require a 3-night minimum stay.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cabins
- Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 50% of the reservation total is due upon booking. Any remaining balance will be auto-charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. You must cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. If less than 30 days occurs there will be NO refunds unless we can rebook your cabin. If the cabin is not able to be filled, no refund will be given.
- Non-Peak Season: 50% of the reservation total is due upon booking. Any remaining balance will be auto-charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. You must cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the resort will retain your 50% booking pre-payment, then you will receive a refund of any remaining balance, if applicable.
RV Sites
- Year-Round: You must cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. If canceling less than 7 days prior to your arrival, NO refund will be given.
