FIELD OF DREAMS RV RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR YOUR STAY

To ensure all guests’ safe enjoyment of our facilities, we ask that you please read and adhere to the following:

ARRIVAL CHECK-IN TIME:

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM.  Early check-in is not permitted, unless pre-approved by management. 

CHECK-OUT TIME:

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.  Late check-outs can be requested (subject to availability) but require pre-approval from management.  Please ensure your site is as clean as you found it.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN:

After hours check-in are allowed at any time, please contact Field of Dreams RV Resort for instructions.

SITE CHANGE:

If you wish to move sites, please check with management first.  Due to reservations and maintenance, moving sites may not be possible.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Reserved sites will be held for you until 11:00 am the day after you are scheduled to arrive.  If you have not arrived by that time or contacted the resort about your arrival plans, guest will be responsible for the full amount of the stay with no refund given and that site will become available for booking by another guest.

REFUND:

Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or eviction.

QUIET TIME:

Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during these hours.  No loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc. at anytime.  The use of generators is prohibited.  Please be considerate of others and please try to arrive before 9:00 PM.

SPEED LIMIT:

For the safety of all our guests and staff, we ask that you maintain a speed limit of 10 MPH for all motorized vehicles.  Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.  Multiple warnings will result in removal from the property without a refund.

PARKING:

ONLY ONE CAMPER per site and one vehicle per site, unless noted.  No part of your vehicles may extend out onto the road.  Parking is NOT allowed on the street, river rock, grass or any vacant sites.  Ruts caused on or around your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.  Guests/Visitors may park in our designated parking area.  Parking rules will be enforced at all times and may result in towing at the expense of the guest or vehicle owner.  Any extra vehicles (trailers, boats, etc) is an additional fee and must be parked in our uncovered parking area. 

VEHICLES:

Field of Dreams RV Resort is not responsible for theft or damage caused to personal items/equipment in or on resort grounds.  

VISITORS:

Registered guests are responsible for their visitors and liable for any damages that they may cause while on property.  All visitors must stop in the store to receive a parking pass and enourcaged to park in our designated parking area.  Parking pass must be visible inside your vehicle.  Visitors may not bring pets.  FIeld of Dreams RV Resort reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site.  Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.

SITE & PARK NAVIGATION:

Please be respectful of your neighbor and DO NOT walk between sites or behind their pads.  Please use our main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths when navigating around the property.

SITE APPEARANCE:

The Resort does not permit material with any promotional or political affiliation to be displayed, including, but not limited to, flags or signs.  Please keep your site neat and clean during your stay.

SMOKING/VAPING:

Smoking and vaping are only permitted at your own pad site.  Please refrain from smoking in any other areas around the property.  No smoking in or around the buildings.  Please DO NOT throw ciggerates in trash cans inside restrooms/shower rooms, laundry room, clubhouse or general store.

ALCOHOL:  Alcohol must remain at your own pad site.  Public intoxication is strictly prohibited.

DRUG USE:  The possession, distribution or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia within the property will not be tolerated.

PETS:

We welcome your pets but require everyone to follow our Pet Rules.

• Leash - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times outdoors.  This helps you, your pet, other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.
• Cleaning Up After Your Pet - Be a good neighbor and please clean up after your pet always.  Please DO NOT let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites.  Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
• Leaving Pets Unattended - Pets may not be left unattended.  Please do not tie your pet to a RV or tree and leave.  Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
• Pet Vaccinations - Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park.  Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
• Barking - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.  Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Note:  Pet owners who fail to follow the pet rules will be kindly asked to leave the property 

OPEN FIRES:

Open fires are not allowed on the property.  Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. 

STORAGE:

Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.

SEVERE WEATHER:

In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the restrooms/shower rooms, clubhouse or the laundry room.  We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.

ELECTRICAL USE:

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV.  Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.

Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay.  Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements.  Maintenance is happy to help.  Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry room is for Field of Dreams RV guests only and open 24/7.  Machines are coin operated.  Vending machine available.  Please do not leave your laundry unattended.  We are not responsible for accidents or theft.   

RESTROOMS/SHOWERS:

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms/showers are open 24/7.  We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean.  Guest under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.

TRASH DISPOSAL:

To maintain a clean and beautiful environment, we have a blue dumpster on the north side of the property for your convenience.  Please DO NOT leave trash out overnight.  Please DO NOT dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or hazardous waste in our dumpster.  Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

CHILDREN:

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.  Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

DRONES:

Drones are not permitted in our park.  Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.  There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.

CLOTHESLINE:

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

FIREWORKS & FIREARMS:

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.  The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns.

RV/VEHICLE WASHING:

RVs and vehicles may not be washed on site without advanced approval of management.

RV/VEHICLE REPAIRS:

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.  We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

UTILITY PEDESTALS:

Please make sure that you have completely disconnected all hookups from the pedestal at your site before pulling off your site.  Damage to pedestals can be costly and will be inspected after guest check-out.

*If you are staying at Field of Dreams RV Resort for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed.  Please contact management for more details.
