Cancellation Policy

Deposit Required is 50%. If under $100, the full price is required on booking.
o    Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of your stay will result in a full refund of your deposit less a $100.00 administration fee.
o    Full amount is owed 30 days before your stay.
o    Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in a forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
