Firefly & Fiddle RV Resort Policies & Rules

General:

Check Out: 12:00 pm

Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
Use of fireworks or any type of firearms is strictly prohibited
Strict quiet time in effect after 11:00 PM. Noise must be kept to a minimum after this hour. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
Tent camping is permitted only in the Overflow Area or unless arranged with Firefly & Fiddle RV Resort Management
Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 11 pm.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 11:00 PM.
Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed
Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed unless permission granted from Management
The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
Clotheslines are not allowed.
All amenities (swimming pool, pickleball, basketball, volleyball etc...) are available for ALL guests during their stay at Firefly & Fiddle RV Resort
Pool Rules:
1. Swim at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty. Firefly & Fiddle RV Resort is not liable for injuries at this facility
2. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
3. Please shower before entering pool
4. Food and drink are not allowed in the pool area
5. Due to shallow water, ABSOLUTELY no diving
6. No running allowed on the pool deck
7. Rough-housing and excessive splashing not allowed
