Fish House Inn & RV Park – Terms & Conditions

General Park Rules

  • Grass Areas: Please do not place rugs, doormats, or pour liquids on the grass.

  • Trees: Many of our trees are older fruit trees — do not climb them.

  • Hammocks: Allowed, but please check with the camp host before setting one up.

  • Children: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Fires:

    • Wood Fires: Only permitted in the designated fire ring in front of the barn. Check with the camp host to confirm if a fire ban is in effect.

    • Propane Fires: Permitted on gravel only within RV spaces. Not allowed on grass.

Water Usage

  • Do not leave water running for extended periods.

  • During freezing temperatures, hoses must be disconnected and spigots turned off to prevent freezing.

  • No washing of vehicles, RVs, or motorhomes without management approval.

Inn & RV Guest Policies

Check-In

  • Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM.

  • Early check-in fees:

    • Lodging: $20

    • RV Site: $10

Smoking

  • No smoking in or near rooms, windows, or entrances.

Trash Disposal

  • Only bagged household trash is allowed in trash cans.

  • No cardboard boxes or other large items may be disposed of in our trash bins.

Pet Policy

RV Park

  • We are pet-friendly, but pets must:

    • Be on a leash at all times.

    • Be cleaned up after immediately.

    • Not disturb other guests.

    • Not be left unattended in trailers.

  • Pets are not allowed in RV park restrooms or the laundry room.

  • Pet Fee: $3.00 per pet per day. (Fee will be automatically added to your reservation at check in for unanounced pets)

Inn

  • We offer designated pet-friendly rooms at the Inn.

  • All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Pets must:

    • Be on a leash.

    • Be cleaned up after.

    • Not disturb other guests.

    • Not be left unattended in rooms.

  • Pets are not allowed:

    • In beds or on furniture (Additional cleaning/damage fees will apply if violated).

    • In upstairs rooms.

  • Pet Fee: $25.00 per pet per day (maximum 2 pets). (Main House $30.00)

  • Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or additional cleaning needed due to their pet(s).

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

RV Park Reservations

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • By providing your credit card, you authorize us to charge your card and you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the first night’s stay.

    • No refunds on or after arrival.

    • No refunds for same-day cancellations.

    • No reservation changes allowed within 7 days of arrival.

Holiday Bookings

  • All holiday reservations are final.

  • No cancellations or refunds for holiday stays.

Group Reservations

  • 50% Non-refundable for group reservations

Incidentals

  • Your credit card may be charged for any damages, missing items, or other incidentals incurred during your stay.
