Fisherman's Cove RV & Campground

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Fisherman’s Cove RV & Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fisherman’s Cove RV & Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Fisherman’s Cove RV & Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Fisherman’s Cove RV & Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a Provincial or State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Regulations:

  1. Check out time is 11:00am.  The Office is closed between 11:00am and 1:00pm
  2. Check in time is 1:00pm for RV & Tent sites.  2:00pm for RV Rentals
  3. Quiet time is 11:00pm.  Please respect your neighbors at all times.
  4. Speed Limit is 10km on the property as children are present on the site.  Watch for children at all times.
  5. No RV or vehicle washing permitted on the property
  6. Please use garbage bins in designated area's and sort your garbage as indicated in that area.
  7. No garbage to be left out at night at your site
  8. All guests must check in at the office to register before going to your site. Visitors to your sites must check in at the office.  Visitors are welcome to use the washroom facilities.
  9. Adults must accompany children under 10 to the washroom & shower house.
  10. No pets permitted in the washrooms, showers or laundry rooms
  11. RV and 1 other vehicle at your site.  If you are having company in multiple vehicles, please let the office know so we can provide alternative parking for them.
  12. Please use the umbrella clothes lines provided on site.  Do not string lines around your site.
  13. Children are asked to return to their sites by 10:00pm
  14. Sites are to be rented by Campspot or Campground Owners only
  15. CAMPFIRES are permitted as per the Nova Scotia Fire Regulations. These can be found at Check before you burn.  The burn status is posted daily after 2:00pm online or at the Office door.  Campfires are to be kept in the fire rings provided at your site and under control at all times.  No bonfires allowed or campfire priviledges will be suspended.
  16. Serious infraction of the rules will result in being asked to leave the campground
  17. MUSTER POINT in case of emergency is at the COVE COFFEE & SNACK BAR located at the entrance to the campground.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Fisherman’s Cove RV & Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
