Cancellation Policy

🔒 Reservation Deposit

• A 50% deposit of the total stay (including RV rental and/or horse boarding) is required to secure your reservation.

• For RV rentals, an additional $500 refundable damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit are required at the time of booking.

💵 Refund Policy

• Deposits are 90% refundable if canceled 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• However, if your reservation includes an RV rental and you cancel, we will refund the damage and cleaning deposits, even if the stay itself is non-refundable.

📅 Date Changes

• We are happy to accommodate one date change at no cost, pending availability, if the request is made at least 15 days prior to your arrival.

• Additional date changes or changes made within 15 days of your arrival may be subject to a $50 change fee.

• New dates must fall within 6 months of the original reservation date.

🚫 No-Show & Early Departure

• No-shows or guests who depart early forfeit all payments and deposits (except the refundable damage deposit, if applicable).

• We do not offer credits or refunds for unused nights due to early check-out.
