These terms and conditions must be accepted prior to you begining your stay with us!

Terms and Conditions

Flat Creek Marina & RV Camping is a safe place for everyone to enjoy. 
The safety, well-being and experience of each and every person is important to us.  As such, please find park rules below.

CHECK-IN:  2pm

CHECK-OUT: 12pm
If you would like a late check-out, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate you!

PETS:  See our pet rules below for details.

QUIET HOURS: are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.  On holiday weekends, we do not expect folks to be quiet by 10:00pm.

SPEED LIMIT: is 5 MPH throughout the park.

MARINA: is a no wake zone.

SEWER CONNECTION:  A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required. 

TRASH/GARBAGE:  Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only.  

DISPOSAL OF FISH REMAINS: Do not discard remains in swimming areas or onto the boat ramp. 

PARKING:  Each campsite comes with two parking passes.  If you have more than two vehicles per campsite, a day pass is $5.00 per vehicle is required. These can be purchased online at check out or in the store.  If needed, there are other parking areas within the park.

CHILDREN (Under age 15) :  Do not leave your child unattended or without adult supervision.

SWIM AT YOUR RISK: There is no lifeguard on duty. 

COMMUNITY FACILITIES:  Restrooms, showers, and laundry is available to all registered guests.

•       Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

•       Wipe out the washers and remove lint from the dryers after each use.

•       Report any problems with laundry machines to the Flat Creek store staff. 

LIABILITY:  All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk. Flat Creek Marina & RV Camping is not responsible for accidents, fires, falling limbs, thefts, wind, floods, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals, guests or pets at their site, as well as for any/all damages that may occur to park property.

RATE CHANGES:
Prices are subject to change at any time. If fees change, we will honor the fees in effect when you made the reservation if you have made a deposit, as long as you do not change the reservation. If you make changes, we will apply the new fees.

CHANGING YOUR DATES

We want your experience with us to be easy so that you can focus on fun and relaxation!

Three or more days’ notice:                               No fee when re-booking

Less than three days’ notice:                              $25 fee when re-booking

 

DOGS READ THIS or have your owner read to you:

•       Make sure you have a leash handy at all times. Use it if you are around other dogs or just can't control yourself.

•       When you empty yourself make sure it is cleaned up or you will be put on a leash forever. Your owner will be charged $20 if we have to clean up for you. This will not induce your owner to give you treats.

•       When you are having fun, we expect a little bark now and then.

If you bark loudly all the time you may be asked to stay in your camper. If you bark loudly in the RV, you will be asked to leave the park. Your owners will not like this.

•       Ask your owner where you can and cannot go. Obey what they say or you will be put on a leash.

•       If you attack another animal in the park, you will be put on a leash and never get off of it.

•       Ask your owner if you have had your vaccinations. If not, you must wear a mask and stay at least six feet away from everyone!

Attention owners: Your rules are pretty much the same as your dogs' rules.
