  1. We enforce "minimum" standards of all RVs. They must have a clean and neat appearance and be in working order.  RVs over 12 years old shall submit photograph for management approval BEFORE booking. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to not meet our minimal appearance requirements.
  2. Check in time is 12:00 PM. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.   ***Late checkouts past 11:45 AM will be charged to the credit card on file for additional night, unless otherwise approved by management.***
  3. No tent camping is allowed.
  4. Office Hours are 10:00ish to 4:00ish Monday – Saturday.   Sunday normally Closed. After hours check-in available.
  5. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.  No exceptions.
  6. ALL OUR FACILITIES, INCLUDING SWIMMING POOL, AND SHOWERS ARE FOR REGISTERED NAMED GUESTS ONLY!
  7. Laundry is free for our WEEKLY and for our MONTHLY registered guests. (ONE USE PER WEEK)... call or text DURING BUSINESS HOURS to reserve times.
  8. MAX Four -person occupancy, (2 Adults, 2 dependent children 17 or under) included in base rate. Extra persons in each category will be charged $4.00 each, per night. Management must be notified at registration if a large party of guests is expected.
  9. You must be 21 years of age to rent any site in our park; registered adult must be onsite while any juvenile member of their party is onsite.
  10. All Common Areas of the park are strictly No Smoking-No Vaping, including the bathrooms, laundry and pool area.
  11. NO CLUTTER OR JUNKY SITES ALLOWED, PLEASE! We are striving to provide a very clean and pleasant look to our park, therefore, no permanent structures such as clotheslines, wooden decks, sinks, tarps, indoor style funrnture outside, fences, dog kennels, tents, etc.  Outside potted plants, ok but kept to a minimum. No utility trailers allowed, unless declared and approved by management before arrival. Yard display flags/signs etc. must be approved by management.
  12. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FIRES UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME!!  Scorching or burns to the picnic tables, concrete, palm trees, etc. will result in damage fees! (Sorry we had to add this elementary rule, but you’d be surprised.)
  13. Our septic/sewer lines are designated for human waste only. Please do not dispose of food, grease, plastics, hand wipes, feminine products, etc. into our septic system.
  14. Mechanical work or maintenance of any kind on your RV or vehicles is not allowed. Only exception would be if you have a breakdown that prevents you from moving under its own power. Please notify management PRIOR TO REPAIR if this occurs.
  15. All guests and/or visitors must STOP and REGISTER with the office before parking.  All non­-camping guests must leave the park by 10:00 P.M. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. 
  16. Please enjoy our picnic tables which were hand-made of cedar by a local craftsman. Don’t whittle or mark on them, or use as an ashtray. Thank you!
  17. Please park your RV and personal vehicles within your designated site only. Parking of any vehicle (YOURS OR GUEST) in other sites prohibited. Management will do their best to accommodate guests that have an extra vehicle that doesn’t fit on the parking pad. Vehicle owners are responsible for all towing fees for improperly parked vehicle removal.
  18. Each guest is responsible for keeping their sites clean. Please place all trash in a sealed bag and place it in the dumpster provided.  Dumpster pickup is normally on Tuesday evenings. Please do not throw cigarette butts, cans, or paper on the ground.
  19. Quiet time is from 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. and is strictly enforced for the enjoyment of all guests.
  20. Excessive noise, amplified or loud music, public drunkenness, profane language, cursing, use/sale/exchange of ILLEGAL drugs, nudity, explosives, fireworks, and firearms are not permitted and are subject to eviction.
  21. Legal concealed carry is permitted. Please be respectful and courteous to others during your stay.
  22. Dump ALL wastewater in the sewer, not on the ground. Please ensure that your sewer hose does not leak.
  23. Washing of RV or personal vehicles is permitted for a fee of $10. Please pay at office. Long-term monthly guests are allowed 2 free wash per month during their stay.
  24. No ground fires allowed at RV sites. FREE STANDING wood or propane fire pits are allowed.
  25. No outside motorized recreational equipment, such as 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, go-carts, scooters, or mini­ bikes allowed in our park. Golf carts and handicap scooters are allowed by registered guests.
  26. For safety & security reasons, children are not permitted to ride bicycles or walk around the park after dark without adult supervision.
  27. Use of glass bottles and containers is discouraged throughout our campground. Please be discreet with alcoholic beverages.
  28. Monthly guests: Rent is due 5 days prior to the anniversary of your move-in date. A late fee of $25/day will be assessed to your credit card if not paid by anniversary date.

Pet Rules

NO  ROTTWEILERS OR PIT BULLS ALLOWED! If caught in the park, you will be asked to leave immediatly without refund!

MAX of 2 dogs allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests.

We have a 6,000 sq. ft. fenced pet area just for them, PLEASE do not allow your pet to relieve themselves OUTSIDE of this area.  You must immediately pick up after your own animal!  Dispose your dog's waiste bag in the dumpster ONLY-please do NOT put in the clean bag holder! Dogs must be on a leash at ALL TIMES when outside of your RV.  Dogs are PROHIBITED in laundry, bathrooms, pool and inside pool fence area.

Laundry Room Rules

ALL PET BEDDING AND ITEMS WITH PET HAIR STRICTLY PROHIBITED!  

Free is provided for our weekly and monthly registered guests AS A COURTESY. IT IS NOT PART OF THE RENT, and DOES NOT INCLUDE THEIR OUTSIDE FAMILY OR FRIENDS.  Violation of this rule is considered theft of our services and is grounds for immediate eviction from the park without refund.

Our laundry room will be locked at ALL TIMES.  Remain with your laundry while washing, OR lock the door behind you if you need to leave for a few minutes prior to finishing. NO comforters, bedspreads, blankets, quilts, throws, pet bedding, rugs, or large bulky items allowed. NO MUDDY OR GREASY CLOTHES ALLOWED! Clean out dryer vents after each use.

No dogs allowed inside laundry! The laundry is a no smoking-no vaping facility.

Again, In order to save our guests money, the owners are providing this FREE service as a courtesy. IT IS NOT PART OF THE RENT. Continued abuse will cause this service to be discontinued.

Hours 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.Monday through Saturday. Sunday by appointment ONLY.  Call or text the office to check availability and to schedule after hours.  You will need to come by the office to sign out the key. You will be responsible for the key until it is checked back in.

 

Your signature and acceptance of the terms authorizes Florence, AL RV Park to charge your credit card on file for any damages to our park or equipment resulting from negligence caused by you, your pets, or your guests. It also authorizes management to charge your card for any extra days resulting from late check-out, or late payments that have not been pre-approved by management, and, If necessary, the authority to have RV/Motorhome removed by wrecker service at the expense of its owner. For LONG TERM guests, you authorize Florence AL RV Park to charge your credit card on file on your "move in anniversary date" for your next month's rent.

Your signature acknowledges that you have received, read, and will comply by all rules.
