Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by calling or emailing your cancellation request to the Resort.

Cancellations made more than 45 days before your scheduled arrival will incur a $125 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made up to 45 days before your scheduled arrival will be eligible for a partial refund. See Refund Policy.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will allow Florida SKP Resort to rent the lot to other Escapee members.
