Refund Policy

A refund of the deposit, minus a $125 cancellation fee, is issued for cancellations made more than 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• 50% of the deposit will be refunded when notice of cancellation is made 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• No refund of the deposit will be given when notice of cancellation is made up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.

No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.

Refunds of deposits will be per the cancellation policy.

All refunds are subject to Board Approval.
