Terms & Conditions

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Follow the River RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Follow the River RV Resort from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Follow the River RV Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Follow the River RV Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program. Guest must be at least 21 years of age to rent a campsite or Tiny House.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not give credit or refunds due to the weather. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

Non-Holiday reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your stay to recieve a full refund. Full refund is your deposit minus the cancellation fee of $15.

Holiday/Event weekends must be cancelled 30 days prior to recieve a full refund. Full refund is your deposit and a cancellation fee of $15. Reminder, Holiday weekends are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the Holiday. We will attempt to call and remind you but if we cannot reach you and the reservation is not paid in full then you may lose your site.

Non-Holidays cancelled within 14 days and Holidays canceled within 30 days will be issued a resort credit towards another stay. This will also be subject to the $15 cancellation fee.

Resort credit is only valid in the same year as the reservation that is being cancelled.

All reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be forfeited, full payment will be required for the reservation and no refund will be given.

There is a $15 cancelation fee on all reservations.

REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Follow the River RV Resort or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
