Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Our policy on reservations and cancellations is as follows:
RESERVATIONS:
1) Reservations require payment in full.
2) Holidays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
3) Check in is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm and check out by 12:00 pm.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please contact our office at 603-323-8322 for cancellations or changes to reservation. We ask that you provide us with at least 10 days advanced (14 days advanced for Rental) notice for a cancellation or a change to reservations. If a refund is due, you may choose to have it saved as a camp credit to be used for future reservations that must be scheduled and used prior to the end of the current camping season. If not used prior to end of camping season balance is non-refundable. Please note that camping is an outdoor activity. We do not charge extra for sunshine, and we don’t offer refunds due to inclement weather.
1) Cancellations received greater than 10 days from the date of arrival are refundable minus $25 cancellation fee.
2) Cancellations requested between 3-10 days from the date of arrival has a cancellation fee of 50% of original reservation fee with remaining balance refundable. Cancellations for rental 6 - 14 days
3) Cancellations received with 2 days or less from the date of arrival are non-refundable.
4) No show or failure to cancel a reservation, leaving your site early from a reservation is non-refundable.
RV rental cancellation policy:
1) Cancellations received greater than 14 days from the date of arrival are refundable minus $25 cancellation fee.
2) Cancellations requested between 6-13 days from the date of arrival has a cancellation fee of 50% of original reservation fee with remaining balance refundable.
3) Cancellations received with 5 days or less from the date of arrival are non-refundable.
4) No show or failure to cancel a reservation, leaving your site early from a reservation is non-refundable.
