Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $5.00 booking fee is included in the price. Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking without penalty, except for the $5.00 booking fee. For changes or cancellations within 24 hours, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you do not arrive by 11am the day after your check-in date, you will be marked as a 'No-show'. If by this time you are marked as a 'No-show' with no communication, your reservation will be cancelled without refund and the campsite will be made available to another guest. Please contact us by email at campgrounds@barkerville.ca if you are delayed in your arrival.

Barkerville reserves the right to cancel this booking in the event of an environmental emergency. This includes situations such as evacuation orders, imminent environmental threats, the need to assist emergency services, or the closure of Highway 26 denying access to the site. In these cases, we will issue a full refund promptly and without hesitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these unforeseen circumstances.
