AREA 51 Rv Park Fort Bend County Epicenter Rules and Policies

To maximize your enjoyment while staying with us, the following  Area 51 RV Park rules were established to help you understand what is and is not permitted:

Check In - 2:00 pm

Check Out - 11:00 am (Late check out is not available).

WI-FI: The wi-fi is under FBCEC-GUESTS - no password is requred 

General Policies:

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This policy is in place to protect the safety and security of all our guests and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience during their stay.
  • Only one (1) tow vehicle pass is permitted per space. Tow/support vehicle must be parked within your designated RV space.
  • All vehicles including trailers, campers, and motorhomes must have current registration and display a current license plate.
  • All RV and tow-vehicle passes must be displayed in plain view upon entering the RV park and during the duration of the stay.
  • Charging of any electric vehicle is not permitted.
  • All RV’s must be self-contained, external generators are not permitted during quiet hours.
  • No swimming pools, hot tubs, kites, sky lanterns, or drones.
  • Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Please respect the privacy of fellow guests.
  • No open fires (fire pits). Grills are acceptable.
  • No fireworks.
  • Restrooms are available in the pavilion.
  • Please close awnings when leaving your RV unattended.
  • Do not block thru ways. Park cars within site or in adjacent parking lots.
  • Pets are welcome; however, all pets must be leashed. Please clean up after your pet.
  • Deposit bagged trash in the receptacles provided on-site. All trash must be put in bags and tied. No loose trash please.
  • Golf carts & other motorized vehicles are prohibited on the property.
  • We request that you only use the site assigned unless you get specific written permission from Epicenter staff to move to another site.
  • The Epicenter reserves the right, without refund, to evict or refuse service to any person for any reason, including any person who does not follow the rules.
  • Public drunkenness, violence, or any disorderly conduct will result in the expulsion from the RV park area and possible arrest.
  • Deposit bagged trash in trash cans provided on-site. Trash must be put in bags and tied. No loose trash, please.
  • Please use wooden blocks under leveling jacks.
  • MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON ARISING OUT OF USE OF THESE FACILITES.

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 3 days before arrival receive no refund.
  • Cancellation after arrival/no shows receive no refund.
