Cancellation Policy
At Fort Clark Springs Campers World, we strive to provide a fair, transparent, and guest-friendly reservation experience. To help us manage availability and maintain high standards of service, we ask that all guests review and adhere to the following cancellation policy.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time to avoid penalties.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total reservation amount.

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused portions of a reservation once check-in has occurred.
How to Cancel
To ensure proper processing, all cancellations must be made through CampSpot or by contacting our office directly by phone.

⚠️ Please Note: Cancellations submitted via email, social media, or other unofficial methods will not be accepted. A cancellation is only considered valid once confirmed through CampSpot or directly by Fort Clark Springs Campers World staff.
Reservation Modifications
Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Modifications made within 24 hours of arrival may be treated as a cancellation.
Holiday & Special Event Policy
During holidays or special event weekends, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
