Refund Policy

At Fort Clark Springs Campers World, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and consistency for all guests, we have established the following refund policy:

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, guests must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled check-in time.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made through one of the following official channels:

  • CampSpot: Log in to your CampSpot account and cancel your reservation online.

  • Phone: Call our office directly at (830) 563-9340.

⚠️ Please Note: Cancellations submitted via email, social media, or other unofficial methods will not be accepted. A cancellation is not considered valid until confirmed through CampSpot or by our staff via phone.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the reservation is non-refundable, and the guest will be charged in full.

  • Guests who fail to arrive (no-show) will also be charged the full reservation amount, with no refund issued.

Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused portions of a stay after check-in.
