RV PARK RULES
1. Payment Due – All guests must pay upon arrival.
2. Monthly Tenants – Rent is due every 30 days. Please call on the day rent is due to make payment, or late fees will apply.
3. Site Cleanliness – Keep your RV site neat and free of trash and cigarette butts.
o Do not place BBQ grills on picnic tables.
o Do not throw used charcoal or burnt wood on the ground.
o Do not move picnic tables from your site.
4. Pets – All dogs must be on a leash. Clean up after them and remain attentive at all times.
5. Parking – Park only in designated areas (your site or the parking lot). Do not park on empty sites.
6. Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive conversations. Be considerate of neighbors.
7. Speed Limit – 10 MPH. SLOW DOWN!
8. Security Cameras – If you have cameras, they must not point directly at a neighbor’s RV, door, or windows.

TRASH & RECYCLING RULES
All trash in the blue trailer must be in trash bags.
1. Household Trash Only – Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry trash goes in the blue trailer (behind the back bathrooms) and must be bagged. Recyclables should be placed in the marked boxes.
2. Cardboard – All corrugated cardboard must be flattened and placed in the container next to the back bathrooms.
3. Boxes – No corrugated boxes in the blue trailer. Non-corrugated boxes (beer, soda, etc.) must be bagged before going into the blue trailer.
4. Large Items – White goods, metal, wood, or bulk items (blankets, pillows, broken tables, umbrellas) go next to the cardboard container, not in the blue trailer.
5. Prohibited Items – Tires, oil, mattresses, furniture, or scrap metal are not allowed in or by the blue trailer. Contact the attendant for disposal instructions.
6. Glass – Not recyclable. Place glass in a trash bag and put it in the blue trailer.

PAVILION RULES
1. Bag all trash and place it in the blue trailer (see trash rules above).
2. Do not throw used charcoal or burnt wood on the ground; clean pits after use.
3. Use charcoal or firewood provided next to the pits only.
4. Return all tables to their original positions before leaving. Do not remove tables from the pavilion.
5. No loud music.
6. Dispose of cigarette butts properly—do not throw them on the ground.
7. Park in designated parking areas, not on the grass.
8. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—be considerate of neighbors
