Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy

*Not applicable to annual rates.

There is a $250 deposit for any reservation one month or greater.

Payment for daily and weekly rates are due in
full by Visa, Master Card or checks at time of reservation and is NON REFUNDABLE. Refunds require a written notice at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, at which time there is a $100 processing fee on all cancellations.

No refunds on RV site fees or Annual fees.
