Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payments must be paid in full at the time of booking. No exceptions.

Any reservation canceled within 2 weeks of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee. No camp credit will be given.

No refunds will be awarded. Any reservation canceled prior to 2 weeks of the rental date will be eligible for camp credit. Credit is available for the same days paid during the same calendar year. Credit does NOT roll over to another year. 

ATTENTION: All cancellations and reservation transfers will be charged a $10 fee. Once you are within two weeks of your rental date, you will be locked into your site. No date transfers will be allowed.

NO RAIN DATES ARE PERMITTED.

No cash. Payment can be made with a credit/debit card

VCPRD Rental Policies

Campsites are now issued through reservation/check-in at all parks being card and reservation only. A onetime 3$ reservation fee will be applied for camping, and an option for a $5 lock-in will be available. All card fees will apply through card connect.

Campsites may be rented for a maximum of 14 days. At that time, all individuals occupying the campsite must vacate the campground for no less than 7 days.

Camping fees must be paid at the time of the reservation by card only.

The primary renter must be at least 18 years of age.The primary renter must remain on the site for the entire stay. A valid picture I.D. is required by the primary renter upon arrival.

A maximum of 6 individuals are permitted on each campsite. All campsite occupants must be documented upon arrival.
