Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies: 

Short term guest:

• RV Site cancellation policy: Reservations canceled day or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee $25.

• Reservations canceled the scheduled day of arrival will forfeit, a refund of any kind & will incur a cancellation fee of $35.

• Long Term guest:

• Cancellation for Monthly Reservations: Reservations canceled less than 14 days in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Reservations For monthly cancellations the scheduled day of arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind. And will incur a $100 fee.
