Frontier RV Resort Policies

Check In / Check Out

Check-in is 2pm - Please contact the office if you will be arriving early or after business hours.

Check-out is 11am - If you would like a late departure up to 2pm, there will be a charge of $25. Any departures after 2pm will be charged 1 day's daily rate. All late departures are based on availability.

Payments

Payment in full is required at check-in. Partial payments are not accepted.

Guest authorizes Frontier RV Resort to debit their credit card to pay for all charges and fees associated with Guest’s stay. Debiting for rental will normally occur on the anniversary date of each month, and the other incidental debits will occur at the time they are incurred. This authorization will continue in effect until the tenant withdraws this agreement or the credit card expires.

Upon expiration of the credit card, it is the Guest’s responsibility to furnish Frontier RV Resort current information. Failure by guest to notify Frontier RV Resort with current information may result in late fees and ejection if rental and other charges are not timely paid.

Late Payment (Monthly Guests)

Any payment made after 4 days from due date will incur a $40 Administrative Fee.

Site Changes

If you did not pay the Lock Site Fee, we do not guarantee a specific site number. We do guarantee the specific site type you reserved. Site numbers are subject to change prior to your arrival. If you wish to move sites, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

WiFi Guidelines

The WiFi system at all Frontier RV Resorts is offered as a FREE amenity and will not be held responsible for WiFi performance.

Park Model & Travel Trailer Rental Guest

Guest acknowledges that Guest has received the inventory of the Rental Unit. The inventory includes TV, linens, kitchenware, and furniture. Frontier RV Resort has an inventory list of all inventory items in the Rental Unit. A copy of the inventory list will be made available to Guest at the Guest’s request. Guest acknowledges that if any inventory is missing when Guest checks out, Guest will be responsible for those items and the resort will charge Guest for missing inventory.

Guest acknowledges NO SMOKING is permitted inside any Park Model.

Guest acknowledges NO PETS are permitted inside any Park Model.

Vehicle Policies

Speed Limit

The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

Parking

Parking on OR blocking empty sites is prohibited. This can/will result in a daily rate charge or towing of your vehicle at your expense. Each site accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. One vehicle vertical on your pad and one parked horizontal in front of your RV. Do not park on the grass. Guest/Daily parking is provided throughout the resort. No non-working vehicles allowed on property.

Guests are permitted to park trailers up to 7 feet (from tongue to back) on their rented pad. If the trailer is longer than 7 feet, guests are required to call park manager Ned to understand parking spaces designated for trailer parking.

Pet Policies

Behavior

Frontier RV Resorts has a strict 1-strike-you-are-out policy regarding violation of pet rules. If your pet acts in an aggressive or problematic manner in management's sole discretion, management reserves the right for the animal to be removed immediately.

Leash

We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.

Buildings and Pool Area

Pets are not allowed in the buildings.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet

Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $20 fee for non-compliance.

Leaving Pets Unattended

Pets may not be left unattended in our resort. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away.

Barking

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

Cancellation Policy:

A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee.
A reservation cancelled 29-8 days prior to anticipated arrival date will be charged a 1 day fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 7 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit.
No refunds or credits for early departure.

Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Frontier RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier RV Resort from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Frontier RV Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Resort is privately owned. Resort Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Guest acknowledges that the Guest is not a tenant of the Resort, and that Guest is a licensee of the Resort, and that Guest’s license to enter the premises may be terminated by Resort Management at any time for any reason.

Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions shall result, at Resort Management’s discretion, in immediate termination of guest’s right to use the resort. Upon termination of the Guest’s privileges or upon the check-out (whichever occurs first), Guest will vacate the space and leave it in clean condition.
