Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled more than three days prior to the arrival date (4+ days) we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $10 transaction fee.  Reservations cancelled three days or less prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee. For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.  Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
