Welcome to our year round RV park!

We’re thrilled to have you. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to read through these guidelines.

Water connections in the resort have a pressure of 90psi to 150psi - for this reason, all rigs must be equipped with an RV water pressure regulator to prevent damage.

We are full hookup RV park. All RV sites are equipped with garden faucet, 30/50 Amp power, and a 4" threaded female sewer hose connection. Please ensure you have a suitable airtight connection before your arrival if you are hooking up to our sewer system.

No Open Flames

Open campfires are strictly prohibited due to a local fire ban, proximity to town, and wildfire risk
Use propane fire rings, camp stoves, or portable grills for cooking

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the resort . Guest could walk to east side of ravine to smoke following the bike trail sign.

Report Fires

Food Storage

Store all food, cooking utensils, and scented items in bear-proof containers or inside your vehicle
Never leave food unattended or discard bones/food waste in bushes — this attracts wildlife and increases the risk of encounters for others

Liability Waiver

By booking and using a site at Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities, including but not limited to exposure to wildlife, natural hazards, and weather conditions.
Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur during your stay at the campground, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your stay at the campground, including attorney's fees and costs.
Compliance with Rules: You agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground, including but not limited to fire safety, bear safety, quiet hours, and responsible smoking.
Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, you agree to go to the nearest hospital or call 911. You consent to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary by Gibsons Creek RV Park and Campground staff or emergency responders.
