Gilbert RV Campground & Cabins - Gilbert, AR

 

  • Firewood IS NOT to be brought into the campground
  • The travel time the GPS shows generally aren't correct due to the number of curves and hills on the highways coming towards the campground. If your coming from the west, don't come through Russellville. The roads are better going through NW Arkansas and go to Hwy 412 to Hwy 65 north of Harrison Arkansas and then south.on Hwy 65.
  • There is a limit of 1 large animal or 2 small ones. Please do not bring in a dog that's aggressive or barks alot.
  • If you want assistance parking please arrive before during store hours.
  • You may arrive at 12 Noon. If you would like to check in early please call the office to find out if your site is avaiable for early Check-in !  If you arrive after 5 please call during  our 9 to 5 buisness hours on the day of your reservation for your site number & bathhouse code (must sign & conditions also).
  • Check out:by 12 PM Noon, an additional fee  $20.00 per hour at checkout will be added past 12 PM  (Unless other arrangements are made with the office)
  • Campsite fees are based on 2 - Adults & 2 - Children, $11 will be added for each additional person in the campsite)
  • NO Firewood is allowed to be brought into the campground.
  • We do not allow horse trailers except for special events.
  • Please DO NOT dump waste water (No washing vehicles, boats or using kiddy pools)
  • Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Speed Limit - 5 mph - Keep in mind there are children and pets in the area
  • No parking on the grass areas.  Park in Designated Areas only.  (No vehicles, carpets,mats, bikes, boats, rugs, trailers or deep fryers on the grass.)
  • Do Not move Fire Rings onto any grass area.
  • Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits and grills.  You are responsible for containing your fire.  During Burn Bans, fires will only be allowed in grills .A $50 clean up fee for trash & cigarette butts left in the pits/grill.
  • Please do not attach, nail, hang or tie anything to the trees in the RV campsites and tent campsites. 
  • Please do not put anything in the toilets other than toilet paper.
  • Please keep all doors at the Bath House closed at all times.
  • No driving any type of vehicle past the bath house fence.
  • FIREWORKS are not permitted at any time.
  • Electrical adapters are not permitted and only one electrical cord per box.
  • Do Not change oil, anitfreeze or put any NON-BIODEGRADABLE substance in the sewer system or dumpster.  (Anyone who is found dumping these materials will incur a $300 clean-up fee.)

Gilbert RV Campground is a privately owned campground.  Please respect other campers during your stay with us.  This campground comes complete with rocks, uneven ground, mud holes, steep banks and critters of all kinds.  We are in no way responsible for any damage, losses or injuries of any kind that may occcur while on the property.
