Refund Policy

For monthly campers:  

Half the month: $400 (1st to 15th)  

Full month: $800  

Any additional nights: $40/night  

Example 1: checkout on the 6th = $240  

Example 2: checkout on the 19th = $500 + $120 = $620  

*Additional days are counted by the night. If you checkout the day of the 19th you pay through the night of   

the 18th*  

Rent is still due on the 1st of the month and refunds will be given according to the checkout policy.  

If leaving according to Example 1, refund amount would be $760. 

**There is NO REFUND for early checkout due to violations of the campground rules.
