Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of the stay’s full amount is required at the time of reservation. Requests for modification of your reservation must be received 7 days (14 days for holidays) prior to your check-in date. There is a $20 processing fee per site for all cancellations. Cancellation requests received less than 7 days (14 days for holidays) prior to your check-in date will have a cancellation fee of each site’s first night's stay. Same day cancellations are responsible for the entire balance of the reservation. No refunds are given for early departures. Refunds are not given for weather (excepting unsafe snow conditions), smoke, or PG&E PSPS events. NO-SHOWS: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date of your reservation without giving the park advanced notice of a late arrival, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive a refund or credit.
