Refund Policy

Payment for daily and weekly rates are due in full by Visa, Mastercard or checks at the time of reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reservation refunds require a written notice at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, at which time there is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations, outside of prime months, where there is no refund.

NO REFUNDS will be issued during prime months (January, February, and March) or for early departures.

No refunds will be issued after November 30th for reservations in January, February or March or for early departures.

No refunds will be issued for Site Lock Fees, even if the reservation is cancelled.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
