GENERAL INFORMATION

Please be aware: Our sites are NOT fully serviced.  Our sites offer 30 or 50 Amp electricity ONLY.  Please bring your own water.  A dump site is available on the Resort. 

Our Main gate closes at 10 PM every evening, no in and out privilages are allowed.

Available on each site: Gravel pad, 30-50 Amp Electric plug in, picnic table, fire pit.  

Groceries are located a 5-minute drive away at the nearest grocery store in Gibbons.

The restaurant at the clubhouse offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for sit-down meals and take-out.  Hours vary so please call ahead. 780-921-2444 ext 3

Jurassic Forest is Canada’s largest animatronic dinosaur park and is open every day from 9 AM - 7 PM, with final admission at 6 PM. Fall hours are from 9am-6pm, with final admission at 5pm.

Mini-golf, event bookings, picnic amenities and a concession are also available at Jurassic Forest. https://www.jurassicforest.com 

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT 

Please check in online !  No need to call us or stop in when you arrive.

Arrival time is after 2 PM on the day of your booking  ( Call us if you need to arrive earlier, we will do our best to accomodate) 780-921-2444 ext 5

Check out time is 11AM.

Late check-outs may be requested until no later than 2 PM and are subject to availability. After 2 PM, you will be charged for an additional night.

Re-register before 10 AM to extend a reservation. If the site is booked, we will try to accommodate your request into another available site.

SITE RESPONSIBILITIES

Each site must be occupied by at least one person 18 years of age or older.

Registered campers are responsible for the conduct of themselves, their children and their guests while on park property.

Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 8 AM

No visitors allowed in the park after 9 PM as our gate will be locked.

No fireworks are permitted at any time.  The authorities will be called immediatley as this is a fire hazard.

No firearms (including pellet and BB guns).

Drones are not permitted in the park to respect other guests’ privacy.

Fires are only allowed in designated pits.

Ground mats, tents, and other structures are not permitted on grass.

No ropes or clotheslines are permitted on trees.

Alcoholic beverages and cannabis products must be kept within the boundaries of your site, no open beverages or cannabis products are permitted in common areas including buildings and roadways.

Activities and music during the day must not interfere with other campers.

ATVs and motorcycles are not allowed to be ridden through the park.

Garbage must be bagged and placed in the park dumpsters; recycling must be placed in park recycling receptacles.

Sites must be clean before check-out, or a clean-up fee will be charged.

Do not mark or deface any picnic tables, buildings, or other property. Any intentional damage will result in legal prosecution and financial penalties assessed to you.

Do not pick or damage trees or wildflowers.

Do not place BBQ equipment directly on picnic tables, as it may burn the tabletop.

Smoking is forbidden in park buildings and must be done 9 meters or more from any public area.

Do not disturb golfers and practice good etiquette while in close proximity to the golf course facilities.

Campers are not allowed on the golf course unless a tee-time is booked. 

If you have booked a tee-time, you are allowed to take your cart to the campsite for pick up and drop off of your clubs only.  You are not allowed to keep the cart at the site for any length of time. 

PETS

Dogs must be leashed, well behaved, and immediately cleaned up after.

Dogs are not allowed on the golf course at anytime. 

Do not leave dogs unattended at your site.

Dogs are not allowed in buildings, please notify upon arrival if you have a guide dog.

WILDLIFE

Goose Hummock is home for hunderds of Geese, squirrels, moose, etc.  We exhibit the utmost respect for our wildlife inhabitants and will not tolerate any harrasment or mistreatment of the wildlife. Consequences could range from immediate cancellation of booking to involvement from law enforcement. Please enjoy all wildlife from a distance and with respect. 

Violations of these regulations will result in the camper(s) being required to leave the RV Resort. Security will enforce the rules and has the right to evict anyone breaking the rules at any time without refund.

The Goose Hummock RV Resort is not responsible for any theft, damage to or loss of property nor liable for personal injury or fatality resulting from natural and man-made occurrences including but not limited to fire, vandalism and theft; stray golf balls; weather conditions including lightning, wind, hail, and other weather-related events; falling trees, branches and other objects; collisions with trees.
